Experience was very good

Experience was very good, not great. While pleased with the convenience and ease of sign up, I was somewhat annoyed that TXU didn't have immediate waiver for age 65 or perfect credit applicants and redirected me to an unknown named supplier.

Seamless Transition, Five Minutes, Money Saved

Absolutely seamless transition between electrical providers. After deciding to enroll, with my chosen provider I completed the application, received emails from Compare Power describing the next steps as well as to expect an email from my new electrical service provider. Woke up less than 24 hours later with a Welcome packet Less than 10 minutes and never needed to speak to rep. My personal experience shopping with Compare Power has changed the way I will shop for utility providers.
