😇🐕🦺.Useless service,from O2 mobile...Spent an hour,on the phone,to accounts.I paid my bill.Got receipt. Paid £15,spend cap.Got receipt.Tried to use spend cap,advised,was used.I explained that it was paid,they agreed..tried to use again,nothing....I went into my online account,spend cap,not paid,money was paid into my account,as a credit,to my next bill.Totally Ignorant,and inefficient.

The company information required was financial data
The company information required was all good. Access to it for approx. 10 hours was something I didn't see anywhere until I made payment. Had I known this prior to purchasing I would have purchased at a more convenient time. This needs to be made clear.
