Took out a Pep with them many moons ago (<20 years ago). Initially they used to partially refund commission. However this stopped many yeas ago. discovered they still receive £160 per annum in trail commission despite offering no review, service or advice to me. This is what gives the financial services a bad name! Wrote asking how they justified their fees. Unsurprising no response.
