Very deceptive business practices!! Website says they accept returns and when I had to submit a request to return a Christmas gift I purchased they said they would refund me 20% of my purchase price and I would not have to return the item. I could also return the item and get a full refund BUT it has to be returned to China and the cost of shipping is more than the item.

Now I have a useless piece of junk and I’m out over $100.

Horrible company. I purchased their micro glow skincare device, which never came. They said the post office had a problem with my address. I looked at the address given, and it was my exact address. I confirmed the address was correct and that I was still getting other mail from the post office daily, so how could my address be an issue? After that, my order still didn't come. I reached out to them asking for a refund, and they didn't respond. After that, the final payment through Affirm came out of my account. I contacted Affirm to file a dispute, and Commodery sent the refund that day. Would never purchase anything from them unless you want to Punk yourself.
