Horrible customer service - Fraud/scam?

horrible customer service. I ordered some waterless bath for my dog and never got shipping info or heard anything back from the company. I finally reached out and still heard nothing back for weeks. After a MONTH, they finally reached out said my order would ship soon. I told them to cancel the order since I had already filed a claim with my credit card company. I believe this website is fraudulent and a scam. At best, they have terrible customer service. I have reported the website as a scam. Not sure why they would ignore my emails for weeks and then suddenly tell me the order was shipping, unless they were just trying to delay my credit card claim. No explanation
