The product was totally ineffective and information provided in advertisement was totally false

I ordered this item- thought it would be ideal to clean
my staircase as my normal cleaner is to big & I'm elderly
So find it difficult.
There is nothing wrong with this product ,it not right for me.
Please could you arrange for me to get a refund.
Sorry to be a PAIN.

The customer service agents were prompt to acknowledge receipt of my claim, however the product I received from you is DEFECTIVE. Either send me a remplacement that works (produces foam) or refund my order.

The short time it took to notify me that they had receive my problem with the TV Stick 4K, the promlem appears to be the age of my TV and the low wattage of our broadband contract, we are not in a financial postionto change the TV or to pay for a better broadband service

If you want to pay for a product and have this outfit pretend to send and deliver you have picked the right outfit.

I ordered two itag pro trackers which according to the marketing were GPS enabled. This is blatantly misleading as they only operate within bluetooth range of a smart phone and are completely useless as a gps tracker. They also mislead consumers in to assuming the price is in Australian Dollars when in fact it is billed in USD. Clearly deceptive conduct! Do not use this company!!

False advertisement. The video promoting the item doesn’t match the cheap little stuff animal I received. Will not be buying from this site anymore. I expect full refund and instructions for returning item.

I am currently in contact with Customer Service as I would like a refund since the heater doesn’t have a standard Australian plug. I received a reply from Customer Service with the recommendation to complete the survey.

I ordered 4 packages of hearing aids from OmniHear.com
All went very well and I received them within the guaranteed shipping time provided.
Looks like I over ordered so I now have too many.
I tried one set of hearing aids and they work very well so no problem there. Waiting now for return details?

The customer service person took care of my issue quickly and very friendly. I was having trouble with my internet connection an accidentally order 4 units.

I was ordering one bottle but the app. and payment source was going in circles, at end, the app. showed I had over ordered.
I called my Visa card and PayPal, they could not cancel the purchase. I then called the company, customer service, and Brian did try to cancel and was told by his manager that it was too late as products were in system and I had to wait until I received products, and then request a return/ refund.
Product was ordered on 4/20/26 and received on 5/1/26.

Long wait to get through..but when I was able to talk with Lec
He was patient and kind.

No complaints with registering order. or shipment delay.
the material you shipped me is not matching as per your offer through your advertisement. The toy Puppy size is only palm size. It Is not working on AI as you claim. This don't understand any command. Moreover the puppy you send me is already available in Indian Market for less than 5% of the value I paid you. Frustrating.
