Bon goût etc super dentifrice

I bought the shampoo with Argan and Rhassoul, it's not nice on my hair. I have short hair and after a couple of wash with it my hair just looks like hay. It feels dry and not clean, even if I rinse it thoroughly.
I've bought also the olive oil soap, it's fine, and the powder toothpaste, also fine. Disappointed by the shampoo and not flabbergasted by the other two products.

Very satisfied with shampoo bar (maybe a bit of scent would be nice). Cream bar is very good (personally i find it a bit hard when applying on skin). Toothpaste powder is a pleasant discovery. Haven't tried the other products yet.

Not dry and with a light refreshing smell.

See my original review below. Like many people I've been swindled by ordering on line and when I didnt get any news on my purchase I thought the worse. However I can now confirm that this is a bonafide company. My order arrived yesterday. I was getting concerned because there had been no update from the delivery company and it looked like the parcel was stuck in france. However I then got an update telling me it was arriving that same day. So dont panic if you have that experience.

I'll review properly after a few weeks use, I have complex allergies so it will take me that long! However I used the hair soap yesterday. It didnt foam like I'm used to and I only got some foam by rubbing it in my hands (the instructions are to rub it into your hair). Because of the lack of foam I thought it hadn't cleaned my hair but after rinsing it off the condition felt so great that I just dried it to see what happened. My hair looked great, and still does today. Much more volume and really soft.

Also the instructions say to make sure the soap dries out after using it. Living in damp and wintry GB I thought that was a big ask! So I just cut a very small bit off. Even a small bit was too much so I'll learn. This might sound a bit of a fiddle but our 'convenient' life style is doing no good for the world. I'm ok with this as I use far too much plastic in my life and using this reduces it.

I'll review again after I've used the body soap for personal care and washing. So far, well done Comme Avant!

Old review below. Not how I feel now but left here to reassure you if this is your experience. There are no concerns!

I placed an order 6 working days ago. I was promised delivery after 7 working days. I've had no notification of dispatch as promised. I've sent two emails querying this, neither have been acknowledge or responded to. Not sure how common this experience is, but do be aware. I've told them that I'll be reporting this situation to my credit card company be the end of the week. Worrying.

I received 1 month after my order ( after going to the local post office by myself) a broken box with filthy products that I wouldn't even want to touch. Even the little book that I found inside was destoyed.

I sent in total 3 e-mails in French (1 wondering where is my order and 2 other with photos, explanations and ideas about what could we do) and they just made me a discount of the cost of one soap (- 5,90 euros) for a future order.

I really didn't want to give a bad feedback, but I had to, as their only answer was indifferent and I received a lack of respect for me, my time and my option to make an order of almost 30 euros by Comme Avant.

Unfortunately, I hadn't the opportunity to get the warm and friendly value that they promote through their social media, which is really sad.

Excellent produit!!

I never received a package because the delivery guy never bothered to call me and ask where he can leave the package.
The status of the delivery is Delivered but the package was nowhere to be found.

Customer service people was kind and helpful in a bad situation (package missed!). I received my package the second time just in time to make a gift. Products are very good. Trustful company!
