As a long-time member of this esteemed…

As a long-time member of this esteemed organization, I was granted a privilege that many would covet - a lifetime guarantee of a freemium account. However, despite my unwavering loyalty to this company, I have been recently informed by their customer service team that this commitment is no longer viable due to changes in the market. Alas, my affliction with a debilitating illness has prevented me from utilizing their services for extended periods, but this should not diminish the value of the promise made to me. It is inconceivable that a company would renege on their word simply due to economic fluctuations. As a matter of fact, I even referred a charitable organization to them several years ago. Although it appears that the company has chosen to disregard their obligation to me, I shall take solace in informing potential customers of my experience and the company's breach of trust to me.

Dear Andrew,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that you feel let down by our recent changes.

We appreciate your long-time membership and loyalty to our organization. Unfortunately, due to changes in the market, we have had to make adjustments to our offerings, which includes our lifetime freemium accounts. We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We value our customers and their trust in us, and we understand how important it is to honor our commitments. We would like to extend our apologies for any distress or frustration that our decision may have caused.

We hope that you will consider our organization again in the future and would be happy to discuss any concerns you may have further.

Thank you again for your feedback.

Best regards,
