I had an superb experience with Comins.
I purchased tea and accessories from them. I had a fairly specific product inquiry, and they took the time to give a very thorough reply in a very friendly and helpful way. The delivery arrived promptly, carefully packaged and with great presentation.

They clearly really love what they sell, and their products are all very well provenanced, sometimes
with details about the grower and remarkable detail about the tea's harvest, production and preparation; they nevertheless remain remarkably competitive on price.

Kept in mind for my future orders is a curation of teas not sold by any other vendor in the UK, sourced directly from the growers, like a very unique pu'er-style yabukita.

The tea is of excellent quality, highly recommend. My favourite place to buy tea in the UK
