Add me to the list of mugs (or those who've been mugged) now into 6th week of waiting. Any email responses from customer service could have been written by a machine "your item might take 2 weeks to arrive" "please check the tracking site" tracking shows it reached Hong Kong 2 weeks ago and hasn't moved since.
It's a shame, looked like nice shirt, shame it was coming from some shysters who appear to be in the US, but in reality are hiding away in China. Be warned. Don't go there

Same experience as others. Ordered a month ago. Still not delivered. Tracking number didn't work. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Order was confirmed in mid July. Now mid August I finally received a "revised tracking number". Item still in China and order not filled until 8/6/2019. Wish I'd had the forethought to check these reviews before ordering. Should not be allowed to advertise on FaceBook.

Add me to the list of suckers. I received my shirts on the 29th day and immediately filed a not as described with PayPal. The company asked me to ship the shirts to Canada even though I am in the USA.
$27.00 later the tracking showed it was delivered. They never responded to PayPay and I got all my money back including shipping back to Canada. The owner of this company should be in jail. To all you guys that got taken like me fight back.

First rate scam. Shirts take 2 months to arrive, are poor quality and are way too small. Returns are impossible because they do not respond to email or phone calls. I'm angry the owners are living it up somewhere with all of our money.

Man, I ordered two shirts before these reviews even existed. Comfy Shirts is an international scam and Interpol should drag them off to some prison island for ripping me off. What I got was the wrong size, wrong material, worst quality, and no customer service at all.

I am trying to settle something about this through Paypal, so we'll see. Paypal and Facebook need to protect us from these criminals. I will NEVER order anything through a Facebook ad again, and China, take note: I will NEVER buy anything from your entire country again.

Save your money and do not order from this business.

I placed an order with them, received an email indicating that the item had shipped and included a tracking number, however, the link to the tracking service was to a website, all in French, when I entered the tracking number, it failed to recognize the number. So, I contacted PayPal to intervene, as I used PayPal to pay for the item, PayPal was able to contact the seller, the seller informed PayPal that they had never received the order, but then they went ahead and shipped an item. It arrived today, however, everything about the item received was wrong, beginning with being a smaller size than I ordered, a different color and a dramatically different pattern. And finally, after looking at the shirt, the material used is horrible, if I were to wear and then wash the shirt, I do not think it would survive more than two times through a wash cycle without ripping to pieces. Net/net, the item I received is wrong, the material and the shirt itself suck and the seller is unresponsive, other than that, it was a pleasant experience, .... not!

Don't waste your money, they ripped me off many emails back and forth called them never got a courtesy call back people, save your money THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

Add me to the list. After I placed the order, they told me that it would be up to three weeks for the order to be filled. I immediately cancelled the order, only to be told that it "was in process" and couldn't be cancelled. However a week later a get a notice saying I can still add items to my order if I want. After several emails back and forth, I did get an email that said I could just refuse delivery, the package could be returned and I would get a refund. Order was place on 7/16. On 8/11 I get a notice saying it has been shipped, but no estimated deliver because it's still in China, All the while, I am inundated with other email offers by this company. Do Not waste you time or money.

Just want to add my name to the extremely long list of ripped off customers of this company, I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. Ordered my shirt 3 weeks ago , still nothing, no shirt, no e-mail, nothing, this is obviously a take your money and run company.

This company is beyond bad! I ordered 2 shirts and they were too small. They gave me return instructions; I sent them back. They confirmed they received them and asked me what size I wanted. I responded and now they have gone silent. I waited nearly a month for a response to my emails so I called the number on the website and it goes directly to voicemail. Voicemail in the middle of the day??????? Very suspicious. This crap has been going on for over 2 months now. I want my money back!!!!

Wish I had found this website before I ordered a shirt. I would vote negative stars if I could. Terrible product. Terrible service. You don't receive a product that in any way looks like what you order. Don't do business with this company. Waste of your money

- very terrible company... If its is a company? Minus 10 stars on everything. Waiting more than 2 months andst still no package. Just "warn air" in answers if you complain. Tracknumber wrong.. If the order is sendt at All..?

After two months finally got something in the mail. Was nothing like I ordered was more like a cheap rag. Learn off of my mistake do not order from these rip off artist

Echo what a bad experience this has been. ordered 2 shirts in early July. It’s been a month and still waiting. Initial email was eventually responded to after a few weeks. Seemed OK, but now three weeks later, still no shirty. Just sent another email asking for refund instructions. Guess I’m out $$$. Even if they do show, will not be happy with the quality. Live and learn. Will search reviews before impulse buying again!

Update! Shirts arrived after a month wait. However…XL’s that I ordered are actually a small to medium at best. Total waste of money. Thanks for ripping me off!

Nobody likes to be ripped off...but if you do business woth Comfy...YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!...Order took over 30 days to arrive (from korea)...wasn't what I ordered...not cotton but a flimsy some-sort of rayon/nylon...nothing like the ad...several phone calls...never answered...just voice mail...several emails...no response...wrote a "snail-mail" letter...no answer....REPEAT...BEWARE...SAVE YOUR MONEY...THESE SELLERS ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY....THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR...SHOULD BE "MINUS" STARS

I really wanted to like these shirts. My order arrived roughly 2 months the after ordering. I can handle that as some of that is out of the vendors hand, although the tracking number never returned a result whenever I tried to track it, and customer support was obtuse at the best of times.
But, the shirts really are terrible. Loose threads, synthetic fabric which is definitely not cotton, terrible finishing and clearly meant for a Lilliputian as the ‘large’ will suit my 4-year old quite well. I thought, from the imagery and advertising that I had found a simple, quality source for ‘staple’ clothing. Nope, cheaply made crap, misleadingly advertised. Damn, I really wanted this to work out.

Ordered 2 Shirts Size XL. Supposed to be cotton. After many, many emails I received 2 shirts...made of a rayon/silk material..who knows because the only tag was the XL label...which seems to be a violation of US law. The size?..I cannot even get my arms through the sleeves!!

Have corresponded with them, but they went silent.

Just got my order from the mail box after a month and a half. I ordered a 2x size shirt. This shirt isn't even a medium. What a Pyle of junk. STAY AWAY from these scam artist. It's the ugliest shirt I ever saw.
