D4U 1st class delivery staff
Bed supplied by Comfybedss - very pleased with our order! D4U delivery guys were absolutely brilliant. They arrived early morning and were so helpful and polite.
Could not fault them - thank you. The only down-side I would have is it would have been helpful to be kept updated via tracking which I looked at each day prior to delivery. I heard nothing until we called them and were told the bed was being delivered the following day

Excellent customer service
We had very good customer service from the outset which is a rare thing these days. We live in the Highlands and often have problems with deliveries but we were able to arrange this at no extra cost. We were given a discount and were able to discuss a divan base that split into four and zip and link mattresses. When the items were delivered we were very pleased with them. Thank you!

Dont order if you want your items in…
Dont order if you want your items in any reasonable timeframe, it’s been 18 days so far and still counting for a standard divan bed frame. Wish I had ordered it somewhere.
Edit:
The reply isn't correct, they haven’t contacted me and haven't rearranged delivery. Im not in the country on the 23rd june. I tried calling the delivery partner and it goes to voicemail. To be honest even if they were delivering it then - that’s 8 days after they said they’d deliver today, that is shocking service.

Very good choice of beds
Very good choice of bed bases/mattresses/headboards in a variety of fabrics and colours at a very reasonable price. Our ottoman bed base seems very sturdy and the mattress is comfortable.
The delivery company couriers were very polite and friendly.
