Rubbish. DO NOT USE. I purchased a strapless bra on 8 June . Was sent tracking updates until 5 July when item had apparently arrived in UK. Not a word since. Now 25th.
I emailed 10 days ago for an update. Was told they would pass my concerns onto courier company? That's it. No bra, no further contact. Scammers.

Wish I could rate -1. Ordered a strapless bra over 6 weeks ago and have still not received it. Tracking info they provide is fake and will not offer any form of refund. I have sent many emails threatening trading standards etc but no further forward. AVOID complete scam

These scammers operate under many names. Take your money state they are in the UK. Send bogus tracking info, then send rude responses to requests. It has taken me since June, and l opened a case with PayPal, and today PayPal have found in my favour. Don't give up fighting these con artists.

Absolute con artists! Ordered a strapless bra with ‘no quibble refund’ - sent me a strapped bra with wire that is nowhere near my size. Posted from USA or china and took weeks, of course won’t offer any refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bra is no way uk size when I asked to return they said they would refund £1. Awful DO NOT BUY of if you do order 2 sizes bigger

Absolute rubbish product. No actual cup, it would be ok for a 34 A cup but I ordered a 40 DD. If I could award them a minus star I would. Don’t waste your money.

Late delivery (4weeks),wife ordered a strapless bra which was laughable , too small even though she added a size up , cotton hanging from seams and thin cheap material on the cups … pathetic ,company also states it’s uk based but evidently isn’t

Never use this firm. The bra never arrived. I continually chased. Given various excuses then told rejected at customs and given new tracking number, starting from China all over again. Claimed refund from PayPal. Do not use!!!

Do not be fooled by Facebook adverts. Ordered a white 38E strapless bra. Got regular tracking details for 3 weeks until it finally arrived. What I received was a cream, poorly made, cream 28B strapless bra. Immediately reported their error to which they offered a £1 refund. I'd paid £13.38. Said I wanted to return item and have a full refund. Was given an address in China to return item to, despite all tracking information stating it was coming from the USA. Cost to return to China was more than cost of bra! I persisted with messaging them and they increased refund to £3 and then £4. Would not go any higher than this. Eventually gave in at this point as was becoming increasingly exhausted and frustrated with them. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN LIKE ME!

Bought the bra according to their size guide, well ti small, now refuse to give me address to return for refund

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Just do not order anything from them. Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. Nearly 2 months down the line and I still haven't received the bra I ordered. Their automated system for complaining is a complete waste of time. This company are literally scamming people out of money. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered the size that always fits in the soft comfy bras they are selling, do not buy as the sizing is tiny !!

They were £18.99

I was offered £ 3 and get to keep items that were of no use.

After going back several times the best they offered was £6.

Absolute rip off easy way to keep your money.

Never received says delivery failed. They are saying it’s been delivered and won’t credit or help me. Now they have stopped emailing back. Never order off Facebook again. So annoyed lesson learned. Never going to see my bras or my money ever again

Item never arrived and customer service keep telling me to wait rather than give me my refund.

It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I’ve reached out to them twice.

Ordered 2 months ago and never arrived. Last email shows it in the uk a month ago and nothing since. I have had no response to any emails.
Do not buy from here, wish I had seen the reviews first

Ordered 3 bras for holiday.. 6 weeks it took for them to be delivered, I had my holiday before they arrived..numerous emails to customer service, they understood my frustration but the carrier has my parcel and not updated their system!!! The actual bras are not true to size, don't fasten around my my back, the cup doesn't cover half my boob.... I have asked, demanded a refund numerous times but the just ignore that request....
Beware do not order from this company!!

Waited 8 weeks for delivery then the status changed to delivered but I did not receive the product. Contacted the company for them to say it’s not their problem as it had been delivered. They can’t even provide a POd and won’t issue a refund. Luckily I ordered through PayPal
