UK return process a problem with Comfortfusse.com

This company manufactures it’s shoes in Turkey. It HAD an English website but I can no longer find it.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from them and decided to return one pair. I went through the return process vis the website and waited for an email to come through with a return address (which I had previously seen in the website) or a label. Although they were prompt to email with order confirmations etc, I have now heard nothing from the company for almost a week and the English version of the website with the return address in UK has disappeared.
I would love to have given the company a 5 star review but at this moment can only give 2 stars as it seems that I will not be able to return the second pair for a refund.
