I'm really satisfied with my purchase

I'm really satisfied with my purchase. The underwear makes my stoma bag stay in place, and I feel comfortable all day, especially, during work.
I washed them and didn't lose their elasticity.
Great product. I will buy more.

Wonderful customer service

I recently underwent surgery so am very new to understanding these products. I bought a waistband in the size I would usually buy my clothes in, but this felt very tight. I called Comfizz for advice and spoke to Nozar who was extremely helpful and understanding. He offered to send a replacement in the next size free of charge. Wonderful customer service.

I had a hard time finding something to…

I had a hard time finding something to protect my stoma in a potential car crash. I suspected that my hand wouldn't be much help... I was happy to find Ostomates Travel Comfort Aid but it was out of stock. I emailed asking when it would be back in stock. April was lovely. This year has been a difficult one and she was helpful and kind and I truly appreciated it!

Mens swimming boxers do the job

I found men's swimming boxers with level 2 support very comfortable. They fitted very well under my wet suit for scuba diving and gave good support for all the heavy lifting and physical demands of the sport. They covered my stoma which was helpful for ordinary bathing and swimming. XL size fitted well for my 36 - 38 waist.

Did not fit

The items were too small even though I ordered according to the sizing instructions. Very disappointed especially as I am now stuck with having to keep them because underwear is apparently non returnable. A very expensive mistake on my part!

Hi Jennifer. Very sorry to hear you have the wrong size. These are support garments so are noticeably smaller/tighter than regular underwear of the same size. However we would be happy to exchange the size for you if you send your return in the original packaging, stating what size you require.
