Received my waist band last week, absolutely chuffed to bits with it, I've got a slight hernia with my stoma and it supports me very comfortably

Good Products
The prices are reasonable. The ordering was somewhat straightforward. The order processing time was slow. Meaning the items I'd purchased were no longer available for dispatch. Which was disappointing, but alternatives were sent instead which was helpful.

Comfizz helped life get brighter (a lot!)
Comfizz helped life get brighter! Most people would rather not have a colostomy. However I decided after a few years of having one that life would be more fun if I broke the "grey" habit in colostomy belts. So I ordered a raspberry red. Without giving sensational personal details my experience means I would very strongly recommend bringing some colour into your lives! Good luck to all.

I had to send my initial order back as it was too big so I phoned to see if I could return them for a smaller size I was given advise as to how to go about this. I returned them and received the smaller size with no problems

Things can always go wrong
I had a bit of trouble to start with, in that I ordered via a prescription. The goods never arrived despite an email from the courier company saying it had been delivered. when I contacted Comfizz, April listened to my tale of woe, and sorted the whole thing out with amazing rapidity, care and kindness. we are all at the mercy of fate, and things can always go wrong (and with so many agencies involved in prescriptions it is impossible to say who got what wrong), but comfzz and April turned to, and put everything right with the absolyte minimum of delay. Well done April.

Returns / Exchange process is fair
I accidently ordered the wrong size but threw the packaging away, the product was unused with inner packaging and the exchange process was reasonable and fair. I received the correct order on 2nd occasion.

Excellent service
I have a small parastomal hernia so came to Comfizz for a support belt.
They have an amazing range of belts and accessories to choose from and I found just what I was looking for.
Once I placed my order my belt was literally with me in a couple of days.
I can’t recommend enough and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
