NO RESPONSE FOR ISSUES

I placed an order for two items. Took forever to received but when I did get the order, I only received one time. I emails and got a response almost immediately but it said it was delivered, check again. How rude! I wrote back and rec'd a response the next day that they were sending out the second item. I did receive it, but the item was NOT the same as advertised. I have written 25 emails, NO RESPONSE. Cute products, not worth the hassle. TERRIBLE.
