1 month for a seal of glue…

I'm still waiting for a seal of glue shipped 15 days ago for which I have no tracking and no news I just know "that it was shipped and delivered by Combifit". Like others here I tell myself that I Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Not sure I'll venture into after-sales service.

to follow up on your response. I was waiting to have received my order before making a return but still nothing... the package was damaged by bpost who sent it back to you and then no more news... I think the big mistake in all of this it s to believe that it is the customer's responsibility to contact after-sales service to prevent delivery problems. If I have not received anything the sale is not concluded and if at this stage I have to contact you there is a major communication problem in your operating system. The right approach is to spontaneously contact the customer to keep them informed of deadlines. I advise against a little more. I will go up to 2* if I get my seal one day.

Don’t order with this company

Don’t deal with this company. Ordered a planter from Waldo with them. Delivery was supposed to happen in 4 weeks. We are now 5 months later… still nothing was delivered and they keep on saying: it’s postponed for a week, but only after I ask them. They never communicate proactively. Asked how to cancel order and get my money back, but now they go silent. SWINDLERS!!! I should have read trustpilot before ordering them because it seems to be a general problem…
