I ordered a wide tooth Ox Horn Beard…

I ordered a wide tooth Ox Horn Beard comb and it's ruined my long hair. The website stated that the marks inside the teeth are normal and will not harm hair. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE... These are like jagged saws on your hair. PLEASE DO NOT BUY these defective pieces of junk. Unless you want to ruin your hair for some reason 😢 .. I've emailed them, and they want the comb back? To resell a used comb? I've sent them pictures of this, and they have yet to refund my money for this Defective item, or another order that was cancelled after I saw what this item was like. Please DON'T RUIN your hair with these inferior, unfinished, jagged JUNK. They are refusing to refund my money for both the CANCELLED ORDER, or the defective item. I'm a disabled senior citizen and VETERAN. Stay away from COMB HUB Please.
