No product received, no email response for 1+ months
Update: Literally a few hours after I filed the charge back, and 3 weeks after last hearing from them I got an email stating they are shipping my item out either today or tomorrow... Will be emailing them to let them know not to bother but I thought it was a little coincidental that within 3 hours of me messaging the bank the company reaches out to me... Strange.
I ordered from these guys in the beginning of September. On September 22nd, the item was scanned in for the final time with USPS, and then was lost and never to be seen again. I waited a week or two after USPS did their search and still nothing, and contacted CombatTextiles themselves. They said they appreciated my patience and they would send out another one. I never got any updated tracking info, and even emailed them back asking hey, what's up with the replacement, and never got a response. Now, a month after the original package was lost, I initiated a chargeback through my bank since I never received the product and can't communicate with the seller...
The product ships from a college town in PA so I kinda understand someone trying to hustle and make their business but treating people right should also be a priority.
