We would like to point out that, in your case, the delivery times were actually respected. The times indicated on our website are calculated in working days, as couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Your order was placed close to the Christmas period, during which couriers inevitably experience delays and some days of downtime. This may have given the impression of a longer wait, even though it was within the expected delivery times.
We are nevertheless delighted that you like the gloves and thank you for your feedback, which is always valuable to us.

No Returns
I received my package 4 days later than scheduled. Fit tried it and because of wrong size (my mistake), I asked to return the item and replace it with the exact same but larger size and followed their SMART RETURN option. I got a response "received your support request and we're working on it", send a reminder after a week of no response, and I have still no response from them. It's been 17 days since the return request...
