Ordered a load of timber by phone, and stunned to be asked “what lengths do you want it cut to?”
Gave out all the lengths as per my notes.
“Pop in this afternoon and pick it up”
And that’s exactly what happened. They even delivered it to my car in the car park.
And all at a great price too.

Rang up for a quote on some timber. The man who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be there, very rude, not helpful at all and then when he realised my order wasn’t a big one, I’m pretty sure he hung up. I rang back and spoke to a different man was abit more up beat but then told me as my order wasn’t a big one it’s sometimes abit difficult to price. (Or they just don’t want to help the little man!) I’m a new workshop local to them and could of passed on a lot of business to them but I won’t be doing this now as Whitmors timber (10 minutes down the road we’re a lot more helpful and were very happy with my small order!
