They spam your email constantly
They spam your email constantly. I asked them politely to stop contacting me and they persisted. Any company who can't follow simple instructions, probably can't be trusted to get you a job!
Update 18th Jan 2023: I just got an email from trust pilot asking me to provide my email and phone number to coltech, or my review may be deleted. For obvious reasons, I am not going to provide my email and phone number, as the whole reason for the review is that they are SPAMMERS! Hopefully my review stays up, but I will not be providing them my contact information, and I have contacted TrustPilot in the hope that my review remains.

We have recently had some internal training on the importance of complying with no contact/unsubscribe requests and have implemented more policies to avoid our Consultant's communications coming across as 'spammy'.

Arrogant and rude consultants (EH) when things do not go the way he want's them to. A senior management team who clearly could not care less either when legitimate issues are raised. There are so many recruitment agencies, from experience, this is an agency that is best excluded from your recruitment process.

Spammer recruitment agency
Spam recruitment agency found my email and added me to their mailing list without permission, and without my even ever speaking to them. When I asked them, twice, to remove my details and not contact me again they continued to do so on the basis that perhaps they could find me a different job. "Remove my details and don't contact me again" doesn't mean keep trying, it means I don't want you to spam me.
Update: my review has been flagged and temporarily removed, so I've sent TrustPilot the chain of emails showing clearly where I asked them not to talk to me again, and showing that they ignored it. I made a formal complaint to the information commissioner, who instructed Coltech to address the issue, but still the spam continued.
