I completed my Youth Mental Health First Aid course. The course was ran fantastically by Ali from Colours Training, she was very helpful and great at making sure everyone knew what they were doing. It was an amazing course and will definitely be doing a follow up course. I would highly recommend Ali from Colours Training especially to those looking to complete their own MHFA Course.
Ali guided us skilfully and compassionately through the often challenging material in the MHFA course. I highly recommend Colours Training as a training provider and MHFA as essential learning for everyone and businesses in particular.

Worth every penny! learned some of the most interesting and helpful facts. Drinks, sweet treats and plenty of breaks. Had a great experience metting new people, making friends in a safe space where its hard to feel judged and more understood. Recommended for everyone.
