Hi, a quick review to say my satisfaction about Colourbest products. They works perfectly for my Epson P9000. The delivery is fast and with no problem even for France.
I recommend.

Terrific Customer Service! I recently contacted Colourbest to purchase a maintenance box for my Epson Surecolour printer and wasnt quite sure about a generic brand. Tony was such am amazing help to me and guaranteed if I wasnt happy with purchase I could return for full refund. I ended up purchasing ink as well! I received my order here in Ireland within 2 days as promised. I will be ordering from them again and would recommend Colourbest to anyone!

I have been using Colourbest for years! The inks and canvases are truly superb and superb value. The service is second to none - friendly and knowledgable where nothing is ever too much trouble. Go nowhere else for your compatible printer inks!

I have used Colourbest for compatible inks for a few years now. The colour match for my large format Epson printer is amazing, you really can't tell the difference. Also, I have never had a problem with print head blockages, which a lot of people say will happen! Service is quick, prices are the best I have found, (and believe me I always look around), but why go somewhere else when the price is right, the service is right and the colours match?

Great Inks, Great service, Great value, very good communication. Overall an excellent company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone need quality products for their printer.

Closed Down

I have been a long term customer of Colourbest for some years now and have (despite a fair few problems) been a very happy customer.

For the last month I have been trying to order from colourbest but the shop section of the site is no longer working, no one is answering the phone line, contact form messages or PM's.

No banners are up on the site to say they are closing or away for a break so it appears that colourbest have now closed down and failed to provide any information regarding this closure.

I would love to leave them a better review as they have deserved one for all the good products (and bad) I have sourced from them over the years, but closing down like this with no warning has left me struggling to source ink and unable to complete client jobs on time or at normal cost, so I must leave them one star so that others are aware of their closure.

If this is indeed untrue I would be delighted to see them open for business, but something does not sit right with how things appear to have shut down entirely.

WOW - not enough stars for this company - so there I am praying that a delivery would arrive today to make my orders and Colourbest send me an email to say that they have upgraded my order to be delivered by UPS today to ensure that it arrives on time! Colourbest, you are the best - thank you so very, very much.

Waiting days now for item tried calling for past 2 days no one answers phone or gets back to you

Very pleased. Bought a full set of inks and refillable cartridges last year. I haven't had to deploy all of them yet, but the ones I have used have been absolutely trouble-free. The printer is used only every few weeks, but has suffered no clogs or print faults in the months since I've been using the Colourbest inks.

Brilliant customer service, amazing products! Tony is so helpful and recommended me a great printer instead of the Ricoh which was causing me lots of issues for sublimation printing. Inks are fantastic! Thank you so much.

I have bought large format inks from this company for some time. The products have always worked perfectly and the service has been the very best. Highly recommended.
