Great customer service!
They asked me bank statement with my address on it for a withdrawal. I explained my bank statement does not include address details and I have allready sent a proof of address earlier.
Now they have processed my withdrawal.
There are soo many bookies who would had stubbornly demanded bank statement with an address.

Advertised Pool total reduced after the event
Placed a large staking bet due to a rollover . Having got the bet up the pool total reduced but nearly a third meaning I won less than my stake rather than returning £400 plus. This was due to a freak occurance voiding the last race which was irrelevant to me getting up. Customer service very friendly and helpful but wouldn’t do anything . Passed further to the CEO to no avail so will never use this site again with unfair rules

Great experience for me , Laid out 20 £1 bets on syndicates , last one obliged and I won £350 , no con , it’s like all gambling you get lucky you win , with the syndicates it takes the hassle out of trying to work out what will win and what won’t

Good decent site …
Colossus Bets are a decent trustworthy site with numerous games at numerous stakes. Even though the prize pools are shared , obviously because it,s a pool bet type like tote, the prizes can be large. Syndicates are a big factor here , but be wary of syndicates just creating a bet to get loyalty rewards. Understand exactly what you want to achieve in a bet , especially if it,s syndicate based. Single play can be more effective with a lower stake. The site is speedy and the staff seem very professional of the running the site.
