I was under the impression I made a one time purchase, and was actually auto opted into a quarterly recurring charge. I have had nearly a dozen interactions back and forth sending screen shots of charges in my credit cards, order IDs, and requests to stop charging my account. The insist my account is closed, and suggest I may have had 2 accounts. They however “can’t pull up my address and deactivate any subscription associated with that address.” It’s turned into more frustration of dealing with a company that refuses to let you cancel. I get customer retention is important, but I also value dealing with customer service reps that actually are capable of handling duties other than selling more product. At this point it seems my only option is to cancel thst card and get a new one.

I have had the most frustrating…
I have had the most frustrating emailing back and forth of my life with this company. Colon Broom makes it so difficult to cancel subscriptions, return products and get a refund. I have sent over 30 emails from April until August and they finally cancelled my subscription after charging me again. I requested a return and refund. I returned the product in at the beginning of July and it is the end of August and I still haven't received my refund. Hopefully I will receive it. Who knows with this company? I have never experienced such a difficult back and forth to get something fairly commonplace resolved.
Added on Sept. 8:
I have now received my refund. Apparently, they took this review on Trustpilot very seriously. I got an email the next day and finally received my refund in Sept. It’s so unfortunate that I had to leave this negative review to get some cooperation.

They will not cancel my orders just keep charging me buyer beware
I ordered they did nothing for me. They wouldn’t cancel the second shipment so they sent it. I paid again. I asked him to cancel it. They wouldn’t cancel the third shipment and they sent it. It’s getting ridiculous. It’s the worst product ever. The customer service is the worst customer service. I have proof that I cancelled and they just won’t credit me back the $250 US do not buy buyer beware.
