Flimsy coin album inserts
The inserts for big coins for the coin albums are flimsy and easily split along the vertical creases between the coin pockets.
I have complained to the company but have received no response.

Wanted to pay MasterCard not PayPal
I have tried to order online and when payment is requested it would not accept MasterCard and took me to PayPal. I do not want a PayPal account even though the MasterCard and Visa logo are visible. Will call Monday to order by phone. Not good!

This site is a scammer
This site is a scammer i bought a item on 21st oct and i didn't get the item they sent me a tracking which it said it was delayed for 24hours on 24th oct then it never updated it self and i requested a refund and just getting ignored by them so i had to open a dispute on paypal to get my money back. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SITE

Ordered collector folders and additional plastic inserts. The products arrived well packaged. Delivery was very quick indeed. Have purchased other items from this supplier and always received excellent service. Online purchasing is very simple indeed. Will certainly purchase other products and would recommend to others.

Do not trust this shop.
Do not trust this shop.
I ordered some coin collecting albums for a friend as a birthday gift on May 6th 2020 from Collector Shop and paid using PayPal.
The seller stated he had sent the items only to recall them and then never resent them, claiming my address was undeliverable, an address I have had since 1993.
Not only has Collector Shop deceived me every step of the way but I had to open a dispute via PayPal for a full refund which I received.
However, Collector Shop had cheap prices online for a reason and that's because the items don't exist.
Don't trust Collector Shop as in my experience the items they are selling will never be sent.
