Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We purchased a Goyard bag in like-new condition and a Louis Vuitton men’s shoulder bag in truly exceptional condition — and both exceeded our expectations when they arrived.

I placed my order in early June; although it didn't ship immediately, I contacted customer support and was informed that the high volume of orders was causing a slight delay. It took two weeks to arrive in total, though I am based in Portugal—I imagine delivery would be faster for locations closer by.
As for the order itself, the item was very well packaged; the bag was listed as "very good" condition, and it truly is in excellent shape. Their prices are also quite competitive. I strongly recommend buying from them.
The only suggestion I have for the store is to include photos of the bag's interior; having those available makes it easier to make a purchasing decision.

The service at this store was impeccable. I was treated with kindness from the moment I walked in, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

I came in with a specific budget in mind, and they immediately showed me options that fit within it. They also gave me plenty of time to try things out and look around without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

I have visited your store multiple times in person, have ordered a bag from you before, and have been eyeing my most recent purchase for a while. I was incredibly pleased with my first purchase. It was a bottega bag I purchased as a gift for a friend and I had never seen it before, but it was fantastic. This most recent purchase was also a bottega and I have been wanting to get it as a gift for my mother for a very long time. Although it has not arrived just yet, I am very positive that it will be great. I have always been amazed by the extensive collection of curated bags and the high quality of them. I have always pointed my friends to Collectors Cage because I find them to be the best second hand bag market out there.

I bought a bag as a present and my overall experience with Collectorscage has been good!

Some notes:

1. Shipping was kind of slow, but I was told that this was because of a lot of shipments and that verification of the product therefore took some extra time.

2. The product was in condition as described and the price was reasonable! But when the product arrived it had a clear odor of cigarettes, which was definitely a bummer.

3. Customer support was great, I reached out to them and they responded quickly and were willing to help (Shoutout to Maria).

Overall 4/5 would buy again.

There hostly was a bad time estimate of arrival of my bag, and this was not communicated. I was told it would arrive after 2-4 days I believe and then it came after 2 weeks. When I tried to check the status of the package it was not very helpful since it just said that the order was being processed.

Loved the shopping experience. Lots to choose from. Georgia went above and beyond and helped me with stuff that was not even on display and in the back. I felt the prices were very fair. My only comment is look closely for condition issues.
I ended up with 2 bags.

Actually I searched almost every second hand stores even in different countries such as Germany, France, Paris. I can say that nowhere gave this trust like Collector’s Cage. I’m not only saying authenticity but also the tracking the package, shipping and also the package which I fall in love with. I really want to say thank you !

I'm currently waiting for my order to arrive, but the overall experience has been fantastic. The website has a gorgeous selection of bags in excellent condition, plus they always offer great discount codes. Since I was ordering from Spain, I had a couple of questions beforehand, and their customer service team responded to my emails almost immediately. Highly recommended!
