I heard from collectorscage when i lived in copenhagen, but never bought a bag. Now where i wanted to buy one of my dream bags, i thought it is i a good idea to compare, where I get the best deal. Then i thought: collectorscage. It was really easy to find what im looking for which was a Louis Vuitton Noe. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast and reliable. The price was fair, it was cheaper than at vestiare collective where i bought before. Therefore, it was a good experience. I would have wished for more product photos which show the damage on the bag but other than that it was good! I would order again from collectorscage :)

I’ve ordered bags from Collector’s Cage twice and they’ve been in amazing condition! The customer service is great, and the website is pretty easy to navigate. The pictures of the different bags’ condition are authentic, so you get what you see on the pictures. They’re not misleading, just great! I’d love to go to their store in Copenhagen at some point. 10/10 would recommend.

Also really fast delivery! I was surprised how fast my bags got here!

We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the girls working there were very friendly and always smiling. The slot-machine experience to win your bag charm made the whole visit even more special and exciting. The bags are beautifully presented and very well displayed throughout the store. Overall, it was a truly lovely shopping experience.

I ordered a beautiful bag a week ago and 2 days ago I was notificated that my order was ready for shipment. As I check my mail every hour, the bag is still not on it’s way. I think I need a little more patience and I hope that in the future my order will be shipped in 1-5 days as the website says :)

Really good experience, the order was slightly delayed with shipping but the communication was clear and i was frequently updated. It still came within 2 weeks which is pretty fast for international shipment

I am leaving this review after a very disappointing experience that ultimately required PayPal intervention to be resolved.

I placed my order on April 2nd, and the first issue was already a significant delay in processing and shipping. The item was not dispatched promptly, despite being in stock, which is not acceptable for a paid order.

Once the parcel was finally shipped, the situation worsened. The seller chose a low-cost shipping solution (PostNord handed over to BRT in Italy), which resulted in the package being stuck at a depot for over three weeks without any delivery attempt.

The tracking consistently showed “available for pickup at the depot”, with no progress whatsoever. The parcel was never delivered, never re-routed, and never reached the destination city.

What is most concerning is the complete lack of responsibility from the seller. Despite being contacted, I was initially asked to deal with the courier myself. Later, I was told the issue would be handled, but no effective action was taken. The courier was chosen by the seller, and as a customer I had no control over this. Therefore, the responsibility for the failed delivery and lack of resolution lies entirely with the seller.

Even after the situation was clearly unresolved, and despite holding my payment for nearly a month, the seller did not issue a refund proactively. Instead, I was forced to escalate the case to PayPal, which ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a full refund.

A professional and customer-oriented seller would have taken responsibility, issued a prompt refund, and handled the courier issue separately. This did not happen.

In the end, I was left without the product and without my money for an extended period, due to poor logistics choices and a complete lack of customer care.

I strongly advise others to consider carefully before purchasing from this seller.

I purchased a bag from Collectors Cage and the experience was absolutely fantastic in every aspect. The customer service was impeccable—kind, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions.
The bag is even more beautiful in person, with great attention to detail and perfectly matching the description. You can immediately see the focus on quality and authenticity.
Shipping was also very fast and smooth, with secure and well-done packaging.

My bag smells really old and ”moldy”
It was noticeable right away when I opened the box. Disappointing.
Edit to the experience few weeks later ! The customer service was and is amazing. I got a little compensation and got the bag professionally cleaned from odors. Love the bag and purely how this company treats its customers I will be a returning one 🫶🏻
