Excellent. Purchased an ornament and it arrived within 3 days. Very happy with it.
Thank you for my beautiful charlie bears key rings , they are fabulous, lovely quality, could not decide which is my favourite so bought them all
Thank you so much 🌸
The seller was super rude. Will never buy from again. Beware TCG player removes true reviews.
I’ve decided to change my review based on the fact that the company did the right thing, it was done in the wrong way but that isn’t the point, it’s shame that I had to go through trust pilot to get a response, hopefully something has been learned from this by the company, they claim to still be in business but it confuses me that all their pre-orders seem to be for 2022 releases, they did also block my account but thats they’re choice, all in all I have no I'll feelings towards them and I’m glad I got a resolve, I wish them all the luck for the future and hope they improve the customer service side of things for future customers.... one last note, if anyone new is reading this review and you are wondering if the email on the website is the correct one it is, that’s the one they have been contacting me with
placed item for preorder in 2021, was never fulfilled, emailed asking for a refund but no reply received, AVOID at all costs
Edit as of 18/08/23: emailed them again threatening small claims court and was swiftly refunded the next morning
I will be reporting to trading standards
As stated in the title, any positive reviews from this place are null and void these days. I preordered an item back in 2021 on the strength of those reviews, but since then the owner has completely disappeared and run off with everyone's money. The website is down, social media both business and personal is non-existent, they've unclaimed their company on here, and there's no records of them via Companies House etc. Some might argue it's been a fall from grace judging by past reviews, but I only know them as a thief. If you've any outstanding orders with them, sorry to say but the money and owners are long gone and into hiding.
EDIT - Despite the message below, and despite me emailing several times before and after receiving the message below, still yet to receive a refund or a non-automated response to any of my messages.

Preordered items back in 2021, deposit taken yet no update and no response from my email sent.
Always research a company before using
Not answering emails, obviously has disappeared from the face of the earth. No products delivered after pre-order deposit left.
Company appears to have closed down, not responding to emails. Lost £50 to a pre-order that has never arrived.

Edit: Company contacted me today (12/6/23) and refunded the deposit.
[Originally preordered item in 2021, other UK retailers got stock in Dec '22/Jan '23-ish time, but correspondence with CK was met with silence until now].

Pre-ordered £90 worth of stuff back in late 2021 based on the gleaming reviews this place had on here. Communication has been non existant, but the pre-order date was being pushed back on the website until August last year, where it hasn't been updated since.
It's a shame because this company and Toys in the Attic unfortunately give other independant toy stores a bad name, particularly when it comes to pre-orders. I'll just order through the big branded stores in future.
Edit: I have now received a refund, out of the blue, so I am editing my comment. Collectable Kingdoms seem adamant that they received no refund requests from me (I sent one on the 17th April) as if thats some justification for ignoring every other attempt ive made at communication, and ignoring all these other customers.

Have received items over past few years last communication was October. Never had an issue I feel these have gone under been so reliable in the past social media has gone . Gutted as they were a good company to buy from. Lost £200 in pre order
Avoid. Left me high and dry on a preorder that I have been chasing up for over a year! Stopped responding to my communications towards the end of last year.
Not to be trusted.
I very rarely feel the need to write reviews but on this occasion an experience which has lasted 9months Iv finally had enough.
Do not be fooled by the historic reviews from 2021 and earlier. I have been using CK for a good few years now and honestly they were worthy of a 5 star review (back in the day).
Fast forward to 2022 to present my experience is mirrored to the most recent reviews others have left. I can only describe this company as diabolical. Communication is none existent, absolutely no response to my emails in 3 months. No people skills whatsoever, just a horrible vibe that takes your money a fails to deliver on every aspect of a customers journey.
I don’t know if it’s someone else running it or the same owner literally hates his job now but if you want a woeful and stressful experience then spend your money here.
People say try and spend your money on the little guys, help small businesses but it’s companies like CK why people don’t bother and they ruin it for the other decent small businesses that actually care.
Just like the others had said, all social media is gone now, they do not respond to emails. a sign that this company really is not in a good place anymore and it really has fallen off a cliff and now in total free fall !
I made a pre-order with CollectableKingdoms early last year and was assured that I'd recieve update emails when the time came for the items to be dispatched. The product I ordered was delayed a few months - obviously at no fault of the seller. However when the company started dispatching the items in question I sent an email over enquiring if I'd still recieve a notice of comfirmation from them when they sent it my way and would tracking be included as this was a big order; a full wave of figures. No response. I sent another email a week later. Again, no response. After a third email an additional later was not responded to I decided to check their social media accounts to see if they were maybe on break for the month.
The only problem with that was that they had wiped all their social media accounts. After searching around online I found that the handful of negative reviews here had been met with snarky responses from them. Finally - I found someone who had had similar issues with them via Reddit and spoke to them about their experience. Their review is also here on TrustPilot (the lengthy 1 star review) I decided it was time to see if I could order the figures somewhere else at short notice. Luckily I managed to find somewhere, however this means I am now at the back of the que for dispatches instead of being at the front like I had been when I ordered almost a year ago. I emailed them for a final time to see if there was any chance of a response from them, giving my order numbers and asking for a refund. Said refund was sent to my PayPal account with no word from the seller. Had I not payed through PayPal and had their buyer protection I assume I wouldn't have gotten my money back. The order was almost £250.
I still have never recieved an email from CollectableKingdoms.
Avoid at all costs if you like recieving the items that you pay for.

Pre ordered an item (due in the summer) months later, no communication, even though paid in full, attempted to login to my account and told account needs "approval". Multiple attempts to contact and no reply, and they keep my money. Appalling service
I have seen people online asking if this company is legit. With the concerning behaviour I have personally experienced and observed over time, I am leaving this review to inform people of my experiences as is my right to do so as a buyer in the hope that I may protect others from falling foul of what appears to be a scam.
Let’s begin:
So you need to register on their website to pre-order an item, which is requested as follows: “Please Login to pre-order this product!”
Doing this gives you a dashboard to see your order(s) and any outstanding payment balance.
I noticed the release date of my pre-order had been changed on the website when I’d checked back some time later. Changes to release dates can happen when pre-ordering anywhere, so I thought nothing of this at the time.
After later paying the balance of a two-part payment, I was then unable to log in to my account to view my order history as I could before. It was like this was now a dead process or had locked me out. When I tried to regain access by entering my registered email, I got the message: “Warning: Your account requires approval before you can login.”
This wasn’t required before. Timing was a bit odd. It happened sometime after my final payment was made.
Although being unable to access my account was frustrating, I still had my proof of registration and invoice emails and proof of ordering with their customer support email on these. I could simply email for assistance. Or so I thought.
Next red flag for me was seeing they had an Instagram page that had tons of photos of toys in stock or arriving soon that had a number of Likes but NO comments. No comments on any of the many tens of posts. This raised my suspicions as zero comments was a bit unlikely. Somebody would be expressing an interest on something, even if it was just an emoji. There were too many images to not see a single comment. I thought the account holder could be deleting comments, but why? Negative ones, maybe? This was starting to feel like an account set up to make the business appear healthy and more legitimate. (There were lots of what appeared to be stock photos of generic robot toys, too.)
After feeling that emails just get ignored, I went to their store page on Facebook to leave a public comment to ask them to please respond to my email that was asking about the status of my order. The person managing the page replied to my comment to tell me they had received no email from me (even though it had been sent some hours earlier and I gave the timestamp) and told me to email the exact same address I had before. I emailed the same address again and sent a further comment to say I had done so. I got a reply to my email which said:
“These are currently scheduled for arrival with our supplier this month. It appears the delay was due to a manufacturing issue and they had to recast the figures.”
The month I was told they were scheduled for arrival has come and gone. Meanwhile, other stores have been selling the same product just fine. No mention of delays or a manufacturing issue.
Here are the next major red flags:
Within the same month that I made the publicly visible post on Facebook to request they email me, I noticed the company’s Instagram account had disappeared.
I left another comment on their Facebook the following month to request for them to reply to another email as I would now like a refund. This comment outlined my disappointment and distress to them. When I checked back later on the same day for any reply to my comment, the store page has now been locked down to make comments invisible and only gives a Share option on posts. I can’t leave comments. A friend also can’t see comments. How strange.
So make your own minds up:
Is this the behaviour of an honest and legitimate business? Locking me out of a website dashboard after completing my payments? Hiding and suddenly locking down comments after being called out for disappointing communications or asking for a refund? Release date changes that fall outside Buyer Protection timelines?
All I want is to be refunded on an item I did not receive. This company seemed happy to take my money then not communicate, while I was seeing an arrival date being changed on their website a few times as the year went by.
I would avoid this company as something doesn’t seem right. I plan to inform Trading Standards and other regulatory channels. I suspect that cutting customers off from channels of communication about their goods goes against regulations for seller conduct.
P.S. On the same day their Facebook page blocked comments, the TrustPilot review link on their website’s homepage was removed. Interesting timing.
**UPDATE: Refund was sent to an incorrect email, hence why it wasn't claimed. They later refunded me correctly. At no point did I receive a request to contact them via email as they claim, though.**

EDITED: Collectable Kingdoms have contacted me and issued a full refund.
I have ordered quite a few figures from that guys, and have always find them professional and courteous 👍 However when my last order arrived defective (admittedly it was not obvious in the packaging) I have since failed to successfully receive a replacement or a refund.
Unfortunately, this has forced me to stop buying from these guys. Again they've been always so helpful, but regarding this issue, communication has been poor.
After buying an item late Tuesday evening and having the payment taken straight away I waited the next day for my dispatch e-mail. Having received nothing Wednesday and at close of business Thursday I sent them a message on their site using the "contact us" page. Having got to Saturday having had no response nor my item shipped I decided to go through PayPal and see if I could get any luck that way. I was refunded about an hour later and an email from them confirming the refund. This was literally the only response I'd had from them since ordering.
Having now read the snarky customer service responses to their bad reviews I wish I'd come here first and avoided the hassle.
Terrible company. Avoid.
