Great service even though product arrived damaged.
Umbrella arrived damaged but Wayne from the customer services team arranged a replacement for within hours of me contacting them.
Fantastic service, even more so for a Sunday! Even though the product was damaged the service more than made up for it.

Bought a new umbrella from Collar and Cuffs via Amazon UK. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged, so I contacted them directly. Their response was almost immediate. They said they would replace the product immediately and apologised for the damaged product no question. I could not have expected more so am very happy. Can't recommend this company more they are fantastic!
