Wonderful customer service. Had an issue with my umbrella and Wayne was so helpful in getting it resolved. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Collar and Cuffs London regarding an issue with one of their umbrellas I bought in 2022. and the incredibly helpful agent, Harry, took care of my issue despite the fact that my product was well out of warranty. Suffice to say it was a very satisfactory resolution to the problem and the umbrella is back in top form. I heartily recommend this company!

Well first of all my umbrella is gorgeous and expertly crafted. After contacting customer service about a tiny issue that may have happened during shipping, they handled my concern beyond my expectations. Customer Service was polite,prompt to respond and generous with their solution.

I was gifted one of their beautiful, large, 24 rib, rainbow umbrella's for my birthday and was chuffed to bits with the quality and the look. It was honestly the nicest umbrellas I have owned and loved using it when out and about. I sadly had a freakishly weird issue with it after a couple months of owning it and so I contacted the customer service to see if they could help with the issue. The staff were beyond fantastic, were very prompt with responses and worked with me to find a solution that I was extremely happy with and allowed me to carry on using this beautiful umbrella. Truly great quality craftsmanship and utterly fantastic customer service.

Being fed up with what felt like constant rain here in Wales, I decided to invest in a proper large umbrella. I went for strength but also fun in the rainbow canopy and I have not been disappointed. It has made going out in bad rain a pleasure and I've had many compliments. 2 years on and often used, I've only lost one cap from one of the ribs. Collar & Cuffs has been so helpful in sending one out to me. I've already bought another umbrella to give to my friend - she's been very envious so I'm sure will love it as much as me.

Excellent after sales service and really good product. Bought a city windproof defender umbrella 5 years ago. It is still going so strong. Wayne was kind enough to replace the tip that I had lost recently.

I'd lost the slipcover for my stormproof umbrella but an email to Jack at C&C had a new one out to me in days. That kind of customer service is all too rare these days, sadly.

My son was in need of a windproof umbrella after losing count of how many he'd had to throw away. We decided to go for a Collar and Cuffs 60mph windproof umbrella. It arrived promptly and well packaged. On inspection it was extremely well made and oozed quality. It was easy to put up at the press of a button, useful if you only have one hand free. The size was perfect as he wanted it for everyday use, not too big but large enough to keep head, shoulders and body dry. It is also easy to contact their customer service, unlike most companies. We had a query and received a prompt reply from Wayne who quickly answered our question. I would definitely recommend you use this company as I can't fault them.

First off, they make a solid and quality product, in my case was the 24 rib umbrella. It has to be the best umbrella I've ever owned and also the best umbrella I've seen anyone own.

Its study and can hold up to some aggressive and tough winds while having enough area of coverage to comfortably protect 2 people and in my experience can even cover 3 in a huddle.
The spring loaded opening of the umbrella is also a great benefit as it it useful for quick deployment and is very convenient for when you have your hands full.

On top of that when I had a slight concern arise the customer service I received has to be the best I've ever used. The responses were quick and concise while also being completely understanding. They even managed to find a solution to my concern at a rapid rate even though I've had the product longer than the money back guarantee timeframe. That just goes to show that the lifetime support is truly lifetime.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They offer high quality products backed up by first-class, attentive customer service.
