Very organized, lots of reminders and easy process.

My experience from initial contact to close of the consulting session was flawlessly professional. I highly recommend this firm and hope to work with them again.

Knowledge pre asked with deep questions called vetting ones, like sixteen vetting questions, and then you are out from the survey. They got my replies and I get nothing. I call it SCAM

Like: What I particularly appreciated were the extensive, clear, yet very detailed questions provided in advance, which I took the time to answer thoroughly.

Dislike: I had prepared quite extensively for the scheduled 60-minute call, especially since the range of topics was very broad and involved a great deal of detail. I had prepared thoroughly for the originally scheduled 60-minute call, given that the range of topics was quite broad and involved a considerable level of detail. My goal was to provide the client with a comprehensive and well-structured overview. A little over an hour before the meeting, the invitation was revised to a 30-minute call. While I understand that scheduling adjustments can sometimes be necessary, the short-notice change was somewhat challenging, as I had invested significant time in preparation and had reserved the full timeslot accordingly.

The meeting was very well coordinated by Coleman. I received the Outlook invite for the Zoom meeting well ahead of the meeting time and reminders. Included with the invite was a recap of the questionnaire making creating presentation notes much simpler. I logged in about 5 minutes early and the client was right on time. The conversation flowed well and ended on time, all of the client's questions addressed.

VISASQ Staff such as Sara Arai and Ayaka made the experience easy and smooth and I would be happy to further consult on the VISAQ/Coleman platform.

I chose to be exclusively on Coleman because i value quality over quantity, and it is the only expert network that actually delivers that. Most of their clients demand high expertise but they are willing to pay accordingly (unlike some other expert networks such as Guide-point and GLG etc.)

Also their member support is quite responsive.

I’d like to provide a brief recap regarding the two recent consultations.

On October 16, during the session on Argentina Fashion Market – E-commerce Logistics, I joined the call one minute before the scheduled time (5:00 PM). Although I was able to enter the meeting and hear the client clearly, unfortunately they couldn’t hear me. We then attempted to continue by phone for around 10 minutes, but background noise made it difficult to understand the client’s questions. A final attempt through the web platform also failed to resolve the issue.

Today, during the session 4098PS01 – Procurement Project: Maritime Diesel Oil, a sudden power outage at my São Paulo office caused the communication to be abruptly interrupted after approximately 10 minutes.

I completely understand that these kinds of unforeseen technical or connectivity issues can occasionally occur and are beyond anyone’s control. I simply wanted to clarify the circumstances to ensure full transparency — and, of course, to confirm that I remain fully available and willing to complete both consultations whenever convenient for the clients.
