Service department is horrible. THEY CHARGE DOUBLE what the other Coleman locations do. They had my tractor for over 3 months. No communication, after 2 months called for an update on when they would start working on it. Once they did, we had to call them every week to get updates. So we are at $3500 of them just throwing parts and tests at it hoping something would stick. They then say it needs new injectors and wanted another $8000 to replace them. They replaced these a year or so ago and say there is only a 30 day warranty. Everyone else has a 12 month warranty. I called one of the other Coleman locations and was quoted $4000 to replace the injectors. The Smithville location refused to give us an itemized estimate, because they are crooks and inflated the cos
