Mon expérience avec Cole and Chloe est extrêmement décevante.
Les chaussures reçues ne ressemblent pas vraiment à celles présentées sur les photos du site. De plus, la pointure ne correspond absolument pas à celle que je porte habituellement en Europe.
Autre mauvaise surprise : il faut attendre environ deux semaines pour recevoir sa commande, car l'expédition se fait depuis la CHINE. Cette information n'est pas suffisamment mise en évidence au moment de l'achat. Ce qu'on vois en gras c'est l'adresse au Pays Bas.
Et si les chaussures ne conviennent pas ? Le retour en Chine est à la charge du client. Dans mon cas, les frais d'envoi s'élèvent à 39 €. Le prix des chaussures étaient de 75 €.
La seule alternative proposée est un bon d'achat de 25 % du prix. Mais pourquoi recommanderais-je à nouveau chez eux après une telle expérience ?
Entre les photos qui ne correspondent pas suffisamment au produit reçu, les problèmes de pointure, les délais de livraison et les frais de retour exorbitants, je déconseille cette boutique.
Mon conseil : renseignez-vous bien sur les conditions de livraison et de retour avant de commander.

My experience with Cole and Chloe has been extremely disappointing.
The shoes I received do not look much like the ones shown in the photos on the website. Furthermore, the sizing does not correspond at all to the size I typically wear in Europe.
Another unpleasant surprise: you have to wait about two weeks to receive your order because it is shipped from CHINA. This information is not clearly highlighted at the time of purchase; the address displayed in bold is in the Netherlands.
And what happens if the shoes don’t fit? The cost of returning them to China is the customer's responsibility. In my case, the shipping costs amounted to €39 (the price of the choose was €75)
The only alternative offered is a voucher for 25% of the purchase price. But why would I ever order from them again after an experience like this?
Between the photos that don’t accurately represent the product received, sizing issues, long delivery times, and exorbitant return costs, I cannot recommend this shop.
My advice: look carefully into the delivery and return terms before placing an order.
