We actually visited the Barcelona store and made our purchases in person. The entire staff made our shopping experience wonderful. They were super friendly and offered great styling advice, yet were not at all pushy. I also like the quality of the clothes, as well as the uniqueness. My boys look like super models!!!

Why does it take so long to accept my exchange..
I exchanged the three tops I ordered on the 14th because the material wasn't what I expected. They received my return on the 19th, but it's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting for them to check it. I emailed them about the problem the two days ago, but they haven't replied yet. Does it really take two weeks to review if the items are intact, coldculture? I will change my ratings if this problem is being solved.

No contact after multiple emails and 3 days time.
Ordered a shirt, When i went through all payment and made the order for some reason the address changed to my old address. So i emailed them about it and after 3 days am still yet to receive an email. Now my orders going to a house i used to live at and this could have been avoided if they were to have returned my multiple emails over the 3 days. Cmon guys. This could have been such a simple fix. Love your brand just a bit annoyed at the fact i will have to now go to the other side of town and hope that the new house owners keep it safe.
Edit: Got back to me finally with an email after 3 days, now going to have to make a few calls to see if i can redirect. This could have been a lot easier if they got back to me sooner. Lucky i love their merch.

Fire brand
Their clothes are so fashionable and high quaility. I personally love those hidden gems you can find in their catalog, those pieces where you can tell they wanted to go beyond the basic standard to make some more experimental pieces.
It might be a little pricey, but overall is such a good brand.
