I am trying to have my money back, because I ordered goods and when I received I realize it was very poor quality and returned, but, until now, they didn’t give my money back!!

Stay away from this company. They advertise beautiful garments, I ordered and a month later I received my order in cheap fabric, appalling tailoring - not at all what they advertised. Stay away from them !!

Avoid Colabingo!!!!!!! Nothing that I received matched the reality. The worst experience!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy from them, RIP off. The dress was cheap and nasty, nothing like the picture and are not refunding. They have literally stolen £45.

I ordered a few dresses from Colabingo (which were delivered separately then by "Colabingo", "Ecochee", "Mulberry&Grand - Mott" and they are all a very bad quality.
Worst money spent!

Never ever order from them !! So so bad I ordered on 4th of March , today is the 25 th of July still nothing. Same crap. Horrible disgusting people. They won’t refund . They said they delivered, now reading everybody else review I know it’s not coming . Can’t believe it

They send different items from the pictures, the fabric,the style, everything is different and the quality is really terrible. Very difficult to send back the items, I'm still waiting for the refund. We'll see...

NEVER EVER order from this company! I ordered an item in January 2019. At 1st they said item was on back order, then 30 days passed & at the 6 week mark I initiated contact. They said order was due to ship then of course nothing. I asked for refund after 2 plus months. They kept saying their “financial” person was working on it! Never received anything money or item. I usually do my due diligence before I order from an unknown company on line but it was an impulse buy. I’ve learned my lesson. Just beware- don’t buy from them. If I could have given it a 0 star rating, I would have!

ALL of the above, took4 months for the 6 pieces arrive, photos and pieces were not the same, I can NOT find a way to t=return. All together they ave my $168 for 5 months and I have to keep email them for information to return these clothes, HORRIVEL!

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company, they will TAKE your money and KEEP it, they will not REFUND your money back, let me explain my bad experience with Colabingo fashion beauty online ordering, I just got married months ago, I ordered two summer dresses for my honeymoon for May 2019, I placed my order the first of April 2019, I received the first dress in April and never received the second, I informed them I need my dress for my honeymoon,they responded back and said in my country it may take up to 30 days, well in the beginning it was 7 to 10 days, it's June the 10th and I still haven't received my order yet, I ask for my money over and over and all they tell me, it's been sent or track your order# with UPS, at this point, I will be getting my Attorney and that's know joke, and I will get on Facebook and let the whole world know not to order from this company, they are fraud, a theif, stealing customers money, you can't trust them and they need to be stopped.

They are thieves! the items will never be the same as what is on the picture in terms of quality fabric and cuts. Do not order from them. they steel pictures and when you order like the picture they posted they copy with a 2$ dress that is very bad. China should close them down.

Don't buy from Colabingo, recently changed in ecochee.com!

The clothes you are seeing in the photos have nothing to do with the ones you receive in reality. I have bought from them a sweater and after 2 months I have finally received it. The sweater I have received is so quality poor that I would never wear any circumstances, not even when I am cleaning the house. Besides this, if you have the intention to return the product and to ask for your money back, they will answer to you that they will accept your return but only by post, in order to arrive in 2 months at them and on your costs. Sending back to China a product costs you more than the product itself. Don't buy from them!!!!

I am writing to share my shopping experience. I am a regular online shopper and shopping Colabingo had to have been one of the worst experiences as a consumer.

I had ordered 4 items several months back. Two out of four arrived in such a poor condition and late ( after about a month).

The Surplice Curved Hem Long Sleeve Sweater arrived with visible large stain on the sweater. The workmanship of the piece was poor.

I also received the Black Chiffon Asymmetric Hem Plain Shift dress which is made with such a thin material that its not wearable.

The third item arrived in an unreasonable timeframe— five to seven weeks after the first two arrived and also designed and created very shabbily. The finishing is extremely unprofessional. Threads were uncut and dangling and the fabric is a low quality material.

It has now been more than two months and i still haven’t received the Fashion Loose Round Collar Sweater.

Several weeks back i requested a full refund for all items and requested Colabingo to cancel the remaining order of the items that i hadn’t received with the two items that arrived several months back. My request was not fulfilled.

Very disappointed in the service and quality of the products. The products are very poorly constructed with low quality fabric and style. The items received look nothing like the advertisements. Additionally, the customer service experience was poor.

If there would have been an option for a negative star I would have chosen that. took a long time for the goods to arrive. Quality was very poor. Tried to return it and had to go through a whole bunch of exchange, had to put clothes on hanger and send a picture of each piece and the reason I was returning it (even though I stated that I did not like it) Finally after all this back and forth they requested that I donate the clothes to someone else instead of requesting a refund. I declined. They asked to ship it back which I did and put a tracking on the return. Once I got confirmation that the clothes had been received they said it would take 10-15 days to apply the refund - now 20 days later and still no refund. It's only $68 refund but it is for the principle. They are AWFUL - don't bother ordering from them it will be more trouble than it is worth it.

Very bad quality. Very bad stuff

Ordered 3 pcs that came in about 4 weeks late. None fit even though I had used their measurement guides and ordered 2 sizes bigger. The quality of the goods were not as expected. Cheap fabric and workmenship. When I made several attempts to contact them and no response. I donated the goods hoping someone will get use out of them but am down $100. Too many of these sites popping up. Rosegal is another one that is the same way.

The clothing is so bad, its actually embarrassing.
It doesn't look in the least like the clothing on the pictures they advertise.
When you receive it, it looks homemade and just a waste of money.
I wish I had looked at this review site before purchasing the clothes.
Please don't waste your money.
