I love Cokodive

I love Cokodive! They aleays have what Im looking for and if there are ever any issues they are always so quick to resolve them. They are the best!

Overall great

Delivery took a bit longer but given the previous ratings that was expected. Besides that, the interaction with the customer service was great and all my item came in absolute perfect condition.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. They refuse to cancel my order & give back my refund. BUT here's where it becomes shady they will allow me to (and I quote) "reorder and email us the new order number so we will cancel and refund the old order." They're clearly just out for the money.

I want to cancel and not reorder. Simple. But their adamant. Forceful I must say.

This is my first time ordering outside of weverse shop and most definitely my last. This experience is just awful, they don't give their customers the freewill to purchase/cancel an item. Which I've not experienced in other retail shop ever.

Paying a little extra for the shipping cost at weverse shop is worth it.

You wouldn't want your money to go to people who are taking advantage of the purchasing power of the fans who wants to support BTS.

My orders have always come in good packaging and are well protected. I live in the UK and the shipping was always quick. Will be ordering from Cokodive again.

Very average experience.

I've ordered three times from them and out of the three, twice now in the span of 6 six months they've had issues with my address. I have no clue why.
I preordered TDC: Freeze on 20th May and shipping has taken over two weeks. They contacted me on Friday (11th June) about address issues. I gave them my address again and they took over 24 hours to get back to me on it and finally ship my album. The album is supposed to arrive this coming Thursday.

I've seen people complain about the prices on the items but I think there are two factors to take into consideration as to why the price inflation is so high.
1) Location. They're based in Korea and only ship from Korea.
2) Shipping options. They're only offering Express Shipping atm due to COVID.
I'm not trying to defend Cokodive btw, I'm just offering a theory as to why the price inflation is so high.

Their customer service is poor. I've read and heard stories about their customer service, and I have to agree- their customer service is rather poor and often, they refuse to take accountability for their customers' orders.

Overall, Cokodive is okay but there are much better options out there if you're looking for affordable prices and shipping.

Edit: Album missed delivery. Tracking updated at 10AM, saying it’s out for delivery, yet it’s 2:45PM and no sign of the package.
Absolutely ridiculous from both services. Lazy dopes couldn’t be bothered to deliver a simple package that’s taken far too long to get here.

Great site, safe packaging!!

I ordered nct dream’s seasons greetings from here and it arrived in perfect condition, I love using this site the prices are really good too. It was a little delayed in arriving but that was FedEx’s fault, it was shipped out on time and reached England on time. Safe packaging too. Would definitely recommend!!

Where's the refund?

I bought two items from their store, one of them sold out and they had to refund me the money. It has been a couple of days since the refund notice and I still don't see it in my card and the bank also says that thus seller has not made any refund. I payed a lot of cash for both items and it's unfair that they keep the money for the sold out item hostage punishing me for something that is not even my fault. I have reached out to them multiple times and still the issue is not resolved. I am not the first individual going through this very same issue and I am extremely disappointed and this just confirms that the store is a scam. I hope to God that I did not lose the rest of my money too, because I have two pending items from them.

Edit: I am perplexed at the amount of people that have left bad reviews towards their customer service. It may seem like it's fake, but from personal experience I can tell you that this store's customer service is Godawful. Such service coming from a Korean company is just disgusting and I can't even begin to comprehend how little they care about their customers. Not only are the prices in your store ridiculously high, y'all can't even take the time to actually read what the customer is sending you through the email to actually comprehend that you are playing with their damn money and happiness at the same freaking time. The worst part is y'all don't even have a freaking phone number available where people can call you and actually solve things like actual human beings instead of going through automated messages and impersonal emails. Waiting for you guys to actually process this refund has caused me so much anxiety that I am sure my happiness for the other items that weren't canceled is going to be tainted by this. Once I receive my items I will definitely not shop from your store ever again and I'll make sure to let people know not to buy from you either. This by far is the worst experience I have gone through with online shopping and I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

NEVER ORDER FROM COKODIVE

NEVER ORDER FROM COKODIVE! They send you DAMAGED merchandise, and then they claim it got damaged during delivery. Then they try to pass off a discount while you are stuck with a broken product. Other times they send your items in a box that literally FALLS apart before it reaches to you. I’ve ordered from them a few times, thinking maybe give them another chance. But nope. This company is a FRAUD. Shirley in customer service is the WORST!!! Order your BTS and K-POP items from another company. Or you’ll be sorry and regret your CokoDive purchases.

No response to my request and no refund

I made a purchase day 04/04/2021of 8 products, when sending the box to my country (Brazil) the value of my purchase was declared to be 16 US dollars, and at no time was it required to declare this amount, upon arriving at my customs country the box was inspected and it was found that the declared value would be "wrong" by the contents of the box. Under penalty of having my name dirty in my country for attempting to evade taxes, in addition to the fines imposed, I should prove that the declared amount was correct. Due to the fact that I was unable to prove the amount, I requested that the box be returned to the sender and the purchase amount refunded, I contacted him by e-mail describing everything that happened and from the moment I requested the return to Cokodive, he volunteered at proceed with the box return process. When calling the responsible carrier (FedEx) I was informed that cokodive should send documentation for the box to return, but it did not send the relevant documentation. I have been trying to reverse my purchase for 28 days and I am not getting any feedback on the progress of this process.

quick and reliable

I've been ordering from Cokodive for couple of times and everytime I order, it always arrives within 2-3weeks from when I ordered. It's considered quick during this pandemic.
They use a good shipping company for shipping which is why I trust them.

Need Improvement on Packaging

The packaging was not protective at all. It was just thrown into a sleeve of bubble wrap which was not taped up either. My items came damaged, all scratched up and dinks.
