Cancelled order with no explanation

Pre- ordered an album using their black Friday discount and bought one other item. A week later with no explanation, my album was refunded, but I was still left with a $12 item and the $25 shipping cost. I contacted them and explained I wasn't going to purchase this item on it's own, and could I purchase a different version of the album. They said I could cancel the order and choose a different album, therefore losing the discount and the other item I was buying which is now sold out.
Completely ridiculous to just cancel the order without offering a change of album first.
Won't risk ordering with them as I've seen other reviews saying their items were cancelled even later and then they've missed out on sold out items.
Customer service were really polite and helpful, it's the company that's the problem.

Looking back at the emails, really seems like they're written by chat gpt, and would come through in a couple of minutes, so the great customer service is most likely AI.

I recently submitted my purchase documents to Amazon as part of an identity and product authenticity verification process. Amazon is now requesting an Authorization Letter or confirmation from the distributor/supplier to verify that the products I purchased from your store are authentic and legitimately sourced.

Honestly I'm freaking angry, horrible customer service, do not buy from them.

Honestly I'm freaking angry. I preordered Hyunjin's Necklace like 2 weeks ago and all was fine, until 2 days ago when they all the sudden cancelled the order, THREE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE ENDS AND IT WILL NEVER BE AVAILABLE AGAIN. No explanation, no reasoning. I emailed asking why and they just said "were sorry it looks like your order was cancelled" like NO SH!T SHERLOCK, WHYYY. I still haven't been refunded the money and the sale ends tomorrow, so now thanks to this sh!tty shop, I won't be able to EVER get the necklace. So thanks a freaking lot cokodive. I think they should compensate me or something, because of their sh!tty customer service I won't ever be able to get the thing I want more than literally anything.

Good KARMA

Preordered the newest Stray Kids KARMA albums, very pleased with all of them. This was only my second time ordering K-pop albums and they arrived in pristine condition and a timely manner after they were released. As an added bonus I got very lucky with my photocard pulls! Will be shopping from here again

Perfect!

I preordered Xdinary Heroes tour merch through Cokodive and I’m glad I did! Items were dispatched as soon as they were released and packaged well. I would recommend buying through this company, and plan to again in the future. Thank you!

Great Company

I had bought from Music Plaza and JYP but found their shipping prices crazy. Cokodive wasn't great, but better than others. What made them great was their customer service. They had good prices and the Stray Kids concert was coming and I needed 3 lightsticks. They were on pre-order and coming in 4 weeks, making th shipping 1 week before the concert. They needed to get from Korea to Canada and I didn't think it was possible. I wrote them and they said, they would ship as soon as it came in but they couldn't guarantee it getting there. I asked if they could prioritize my order. I felt if it shipped right away then we may get it in time. They told me they would prioritize it, but still couldn't guarantee. I was happy with the priority. 2 days later I got a an email saying my order had shipped. I was confused as they weren't coming into for another 4 weeks. I wrote and asked if there was confusion and a wrong shipment. They immediately replied and said, we got some in and you were prioritized, so it shipped. I got the 3 lightsticks with tons of time to spare and I was one happy customer. So happy, I put in another order for all Stray Kids Karma pre-orders. They should be shipping soon. I will continue buying from them. A company is only as good as their customer service and I have had a lot of bad customer service in my life. This was excellent and all my girls were so happy when we were planning on not being disappointed if they didn't make it in time.
PS....a lot of the complaints are about customer service, but I never experienced rhis. The other complaints seem to be with pre-orders taking longer to ship and shipping being high with duty costs. These are things that are regular anywhere you buy as pre-orders are finicking and they have to wait on their shipments coming in and they don't always get it. When I started buying kpop merch, I was told by everyone, don't expect your order right away, sometimes it takes months, even after rhe drop. You will still get it but there can always be many problems. From another store I waited 9 months for my order and everytime I asked, they said it hasn't come in yet. That is when I learned all this. Now I put in my order and just let it be. As for the shipping and duty, unfortunately that is every kpop merch company unless they are in your city. JYP shop and Music Plaza doubled my costs because of it and then I was shocked to get an added $50+ in duty. Now I understand that comes with every store. So you have to plan for it. Overall, my experience with Cokodive has been better than others. If that changes, I will update this. But I had a wonderful experience...Thanks Cokodive ❤️

Ignored by Customer Service and Serious…

Ignored by Customer Service and Serious Misconduct

As mentioned in my previous reviews, I have been trying repeatedly to contact Cokodive’s customer service regarding a deeply concerning issue. A person affiliated with their team allegedly a social media manager or affiliate accessed private information from the company’s official social media DMs. This individual then used that information to harass and threaten a close friend of mine and went so far as to message me with harmful and dangerous statements, encouraging self-harm.

Despite my efforts to report this behavior, Cokodive has failed to take action or even acknowledge the severity of the situation. Their refusal to address or investigate this misconduct suggests they are protecting this individual rather than prioritizing customer safety and ethical conduct. This is not just a customer service failure. it is a serious breach of trust and privacy.

I strongly urge others to exercise caution when interacting with this company, especially through their social media channels, and hope Cokodive will take accountability before further harm is done.

I have bought in this site many times, from a simple lightstick to pre order items, I have received in 2 different countries between 5 -10 days after my order, only the pre order took longer because of obvious reasons and even that the items arrived a few days after the release.
It’s my trust page to buy my BTS stuff, I’m very very happy with the site 🫶🏻

I ordered a lightstick from Cokodive and was very happy with the product, quick delivery time and the regular updates via email on where my item was in transit. Cokodive was much cheaper than JYP company or other stores. I recommend this company.

Stray Kids Light Stick!!!!

I ordered the Stray Kids V2 light stick for their upcoming 2025 tour. Cokodive was my cheapest option, including shipping, and they were fantastic. Everything was packaged securely and was delivered super quickly. I used their customer service multiple times for this purchase. They replied within hours each time and were really lovely and helpful. I fully recommend Cokodive to anyone!!!!

Absolutely the last time I’ll ever shop…

Absolutely the last time I’ll ever shop here again. First of all, I discovered their prices are nearly double what the official retailers charge, which is already a huge red flag. On top of that, their shipping fees are outrageous. I paid close to $100 for express shipping, only for my order to be delayed anyway.

But the worst part? After all that, I was hit with an import duty bill of nearly £100 before I could even receive my items. I honestly can’t believe that with such a high delivery fee, import charges weren’t already covered. In the end, I’ve ended up paying nearly half the cost of my entire order just in hidden fees.

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. With such ridiculous added costs, it absolutely not worth it and you’re better off buying elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service

Cannot commend their customer service enough. I preordered an item on the 20th March but, unfortunately, needed it cancelled. I emailed the day after (21st March) and got a response within a few hours from Vernesie. They asked if there was anything they could do to change my mind or address any concerns I had and, if there wasn’t, to reply with a confirmation that I’d like to proceed with the cancellation. After I confirmed I would I received my refund in 15 minutes. This was my first time using Cokodive and although I didn’t proceed with this particular order I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you in particular to Vernesie for their fantastic service.

Edited 9th June 2025: Okay, well, judging by your reply you didn’t actually read my review because I was PRAISING you after how quickly I was granted a cancellation after asking, not complaining. Strange.
