This is a company I highly recommend! After using another company to track transactions and perpetually coming up with the wrong answer, I decided to switch to Coin Tracker. Immediately, the difference was profound, and accuracy was 100%. How can you ask for more than that? When dealing with multiple agencies, as we all know, it's almost impossible to capture everything. The service was the best I have experienced by far. Great support to manage CSVs, fix errors, and reconcile accounts was made very simple. My account manager, assisted with my requests and knew exactly what was required fix the mess I had between my accounts. Truly, appreciate his assistance and patience with me as we worked to clean and reconcile all accounts.

Refund refused for an unusable tax report
I purchased this service specifically to obtain a tax report for my cryptocurrency transactions. However, the report I received was not suitable for my Italian tax requirements and contained essentially the same transaction information that I could already download for free from my Coinbase account.
I requested a refund, but CoinTracker refused because I had downloaded the report. The problem is that I could only discover that the report was unsuitable after downloading and reviewing it.
I paid for a service that turned out to be unusable for the purpose for which I purchased it, and I find their refund policy extremely unfair and disappointing.

This is an excellent tool to prepare taxes on your digital assets. The IRS process for taxing individual crypto holdings is simplified greatly by using Cointracker. The software collects data across numerous wallets which is a big advantage. Thanks!
