they own the coinstats.app domain - and they are scam
sorry to see truspilot can get manipulate at such scale by random bots.

Great mobile app, quite in line with the web app. Good support and evolving features. Totally worth the Premium.

This company has people within scamming you out of BTC! Support was no help. Naturally! Isn't even worth one star! BEWARE OF THIS APP!

I received an email from someone claiming to work for Coinstats. But the return email address looked a bit odd and the amount in the account was 6 times more than it should have been.
I contacted CoinStats right away about that email.
They confirmed that it was indeed a fake email address.
I've lost enough money to scammers.

Coinstats Customer Service Sucks!
I encountered a problem right after paying for a premium subscription after the free trial. I cannot log in because of an error saying my account was suspended. When I go to the website, I can still see my account even if I'm not logged in. It shows I'm still on a Basic subscription even if I already paid the premium during the sale price when it was $100 off; when the log-in issue was resolved, I was no longer getting the premium subscription. My account just went back to Basic, and I have to do this free trial again to try to restore my premium purchase; it did not work. Customer service is no help. It's been more than 3 days before I got their answer. They said my account issue was fixed, but it was not. I guess I can't use or recover the $67 I paid during the sale. I have to give this site a bad review. Until now, my account has only shown a basic subscription. I tried to restore my purchase again but it still did not work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Don't pay for subscriptions! It's Feb. 14, 2025. I paid a premium subscription on Jan. 7, 2025. I did not get what I paid—a waste of money.

Coinstats contacted me less than 24 hours after this bad review, so it takes a bad review to get them to address your issues immediately. They said I have two accounts, a wallet and an email account, which is causing the confusion. I told them I only opened the email account because of the login problem. So, the issue arose before the second account was opened. I wonder why they didn't see the two accounts causing the problem when I first asked for help a month ago. They only looked into it after this bad review. It's still a bad experience for me.

The best portfolio tracker out there. I was having an issue with the iOS widget recently it being not showing anything. I got in touch with their support team on X. They fixed the issue in just 1 day. I recommend people to get in touch with them on X. Thanks so much for the quick resolution guys!

Can't cancel subscription on the app
Desktop asks for 2fa and when you enter the code keeps saying incorrect code.Tried at least 20 times.You can't login on desktop unless the code is correct
Have left countless support messages and have had no reply for over 2 weeks.
I would not recommend at all due to their support and as soon as I can will cancel.
Very very poor!

My wife was contacted by a lady claiming to be one of your consulents. She supposedly had a large amount of money in some account. In order to activate the account, she had to pay up to 550Euro.
When i came home and read through, i see it was just scammers.
Is it possible to get her money back ?

I wasn't happy with the software so I requested a refund. I sent an email to support within 4 days of purchase. That was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a reply.
A few weeks ago I replied to CoinStats comment and once again asked for a refund for my annual subscription. They have not responded. It doesn't appear that they issue refunds.

I was hacked on the 28th of December and still today, they are not getting back to me and helping me. They asked me to delete my portfolios so that they could help me change my email, and after I deleted them, they have ghosted me this whole time even though I am a paying customer. I even wrote the CEO with no reply. Just crazy. SMH
