A bad and anti-Semitic company, they don't respect people, they keep your money and urinate on you with a bow, they are even worse than that, it's as if companies won't survive at all.

This company need to be investigated .Many people including myself locked out of our accounts 0 help from the bots and support my account going on 2 years locked out only a bot which spews out the same useless message and you start all over again . I was a customer since 2017 . Has any other customers called or reported this to Ontario securities /or police . Other have said in there opinion the bot customer service is set up to frustrate you in hopes you give up trying to get your money or crypto

The absolute worst site for investing ever. I have been trying in vain to withdraw what little money I have in there and they keep changing the requirements. First they wanted all my info; not that is any of their business; then they asked for a destination address. I tried all possible combinations and they still rejected it. In other words, once you put money in you will likely NEVER get it back out. I would like to say go ahead and take my money and buy yourself a nice dinner but it’s the point of the matter. I want my money back and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it. I made a crypto purchase in good faith; I want my money back, plain and simple, Just return it and sever ties. Stop holding my money and making excuses. DONT waste your time and effort; use Wealthsimple and literally ANY OTHER company to handle your crypto needs. Do not use Coinsquare for anything that you respect a return on. The absolute worst website to navigate ever.

This site is total scam, too shady and cunning.
I'm sure it was created to steal people money and was never a mining site. Be aware and avoid Right now am sticking with GOOD MERIT payment always on time and never disappoint.

They refused to allow withdrawal, allow withdrawal, but thanks to the name mentioned above in the image for making sure all my pending were possible

I've gone to my Coinsquare dashboard about 6 times to deposit and then make trades. Each time I have had to enter a support ticket because I can't access or do something that they have blocked or turned off. Once even my account access was turned off, by a "mistake" they told me after! April 9th, 2025 I buy Bitcoin, $275 worth on a limit buy. I get it closed a day later, my 275 now at $296. I withdraw to my cold wallet...these effin' thieves charged me $58.00! Go elsewhere, they are not dependable nor trustworthy.

Avoid Coinsquare – Unfair Account Closure & Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Coinsquare. They closed my account over a small $400-$500 withdrawal from 2020, simply because I couldn’t recall exactly what I spent it on. This is completely unreasonable—how many people remember every small transaction from years ago? Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they froze my account, blocking me from trading or depositing funds.

Their customer service is terrible—slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide a clear explanation. Shutting down an account without a valid reason is unacceptable, especially for a platform that handles people’s money. If you’re considering using Coinsquare, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They do not respect their users, and their policies are arbitrary and unfair.

This is not an organization to deal with because they are not consistent in their services. Also, they are unreliable and will deceive you in the process. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

My account locked for 1 week i can’t access now there’s no phone number that u can help the problem i send already my ticket still on pending and still not working

People should stay away from this plateform ! unless you want to lose your money they make you wait so long in each transaction then I want to withdraw my money by interact I tried 3 times with the password they supplied me and then they cancelled the interact. saying I tried too many times and won't send the money back after many communications attempt they don't reply they are crooks don't put money in there stay away! they still owe me $479.00

I am in Asia for the winter and I cannot login because i am out of country. Now I received an email prompting me to agree to update or lose my account. It won’t let me sign in to update. I will be transferring all my funds when I get back home. All my other wallets work fine in Asia.

I am angry at Coinsquare. I have waited 2 weeks for a reply. You don't give phone support. Help support. Your live support can't be found (easily) just your generic answers. Being a Canadian I go out of my way to support Canadian companies(sadly including Quadriga) and the poor customer service never ceases to disappoint.

i just spent $650 on the top 5 cryptos just to get locked out of my account .i cant access it by password or email .and if you click lost password ,it locks you out.Its like they closed my account took my investments out of greed and screwed me. and now i have to chase them. anyone else having problems leave a comment.hard to invest without getting ripped of.

Cant withdraw crypto or money. I thought it was a reputable broker. Now I submit a service ticket daily in order to get my money out.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unreasonably High Fees

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Coinsquare. I’ve been trying to update my home address and close my account and despite several urgent requests, I’ve received zero response. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication.
The customer service is almost non-existent,
On top of the poor customer support, their fees for bank transfers are ridiculously high, making the whole process even more frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such a poorly managed platform with no urgency to address critical issues.

I would not recommend Coinsquare to anyone, especially if you are in a situation where you need immediate assistance. At this point, I am considering other options to move my funds out of Coinsquare entirely.

They say there is a 72 hour hold on new accounts. What about the XRP I bought a few weeks ago? Again 2 weeks ago, again 5 days ago. Two emails sent, no response, wanted to sell off in a big drop then buy on the rebound, lost a chance under some great advice. Not happy so far.
