Coinsbee is beyond legitimate, they are a great company. Their support staff is excellent. Response times can be as quick as a few minutes but considering the realities that they are not Amazon in resources a couple of hours is all it usually takes.

I have been using them for over a year now and I have used them a lot with dozens of transactions. Their crypto handing is top notch and they've tried to improve the experience for crypto users over the more than a year I've been with them.

I've had some issues here and there and when I contact support my issues have ALWAYS been resolved, not a penny in crypto lost from a forced refund with slippage etc. If you use these guys and follow their guidelines you will not be disappointed.
They are a truly top notch company in the crypto space, arguably one of the best. I hope they keep up the good work because they have become that integral to my online experience.

My problem was that I made a purchase of a gift card for the SHEIN US website, and they sent me one for the SHEIN MIDLE EAST site, which is why they are not compatible. When I send the proof, they tell me that I am wrong and that they sent me the correct, but I showed you with screenshots that I was correct by trying to use the gift card on both sites and on the one in the Arab country allow me. (but not used).

They solved my problem after they talked with shein costumer service. They refund my money back, so i believe that some make a mistake on Shein web site.

Edit : one year later I have to change my not and add some comment. After a lot of transactions with Coinsbee, I didn't use this website anymore.
The reason : they sold me Astropay voucher without warning me that Astropay stopped to work in EU. So I bought vouchers that I am not able to use anywhere !
After a few mail exchanges, when I finally found the reason why the vouchers didn't work on another website and tell us, they told me they were aware of that !!!!! Can't believe this !
I loved to be able to buy my voucher in crypto, anonymoulsy. I bought for a lot of vouchers in 2023-2024 (but using email aliases they don't know the total I spend :) ), but they lost me for 50€.
I never bought again with us after that and never will. You don't sell things to people when you know they won't be able to use them ! (and of course it's not possible to deposit anymore on Astropay app and get a refund)

Service is legit, I was worried a bit, my first order was 800 NCcoins and they weren't able to get them for thechnical reasons. But they sent me 400 x2 instead within 24 hours.

4 stars, because other sites didn't have 800 available in the first place, but maybe they found out the same way.
