Scam. If you ever hit a winning streak, and don’t try to cash out at 50 dollars, you’ll begin a so called losing streak until your balance is zero. And it’s noticeable. If you let your balance stay unchanged for days and log back in, every game you try to play you lose until you hit zero. They could at least try to hide that some.

The games are fun and easy to understand! The redemption process was so easy and customer service is easy to deal with!

June 28th, 2026: If I could could give no stars, I think I would. The only thing that makes this casino stand out is the sweepstakes cash that they give back to the player for wagering. I would say it’s definitely more than other online casinos out there. However, this doesn’t overthrow any of the weaknesses that this site has to offer. From my personal experience, I’ve had such a hard time with redemption. It was easy for me to get through the first portion of verification, as it only asked for the basics like address/phone number. But the second portion…. I was stuck on a screen that asked me to input my full address but had no drop down boxes or input boxes that allowed me to even do so! I had to go to Reddit to see if anyone else had this issue, which obviously, other individuals had. You would’ve thought that would’ve fixed the problem…. Nope. The support email didn’t/hasn’t responded in over 19 hours. And at the time of writing this, they still haven’t replied. It seems like a common occurrence with these sweepstakes sites; customer service is bad or “technical issues” with the website. In a time where the online casino market is just oversaturated with these “sweepstakes” casinos, you’re better off staying with the more accredited casinos. Casinos like coinsback just makes it harder for other players to want to continue to spend cash due to unreliability of their general operation. At this time, I currently have roughly 150 in their sweeps funds waiting to be redeemed but I can almost guarantee they’ll find someway to avoid paying me or just overall avoid me. In conclusion, stay away from this casino until if/when they learn basic consumer operation and customer support.

I spent well over a hundred dollars in coins back and when I comes time to verify my account to withdrawl 300 dollars it would not allow me to verify! So I get ahold of customer service! And 3 days later they send me a message back saying that they closed my account and there's nothing I can do about it! SO DON'T USE THIS APP. ITS A SCAM! They're just going to take your money and run!!

So far so good 👍 once I had some luck, killed it in the fishy games a few times this afternoon. Didn't redeem those ones then decided to try again around 1am played one I had never seen before and hit 949 and change. Redeeming 850 so we will see how long it takes
