HUGE SCAM

They will let you do 3 to 4 trades then when you deposit a big amount they will lock you out and demand you deposit another $1000 to verify your wallet...

Not only they steal you initial investment then they try to take even more.

Literally bottom feeders of the human society.

I have been using coins.ph long before…

I have been using coins.ph long before the Covid19 pandemic and I am still using it now. I was very surprised when I read reviews about the app here in trust pilot because none of those issues raised by them I have personally experienced. I am using it to receive crypto payments from my online transactions and cash them in anytime I want and whenever I want it. And I am giving them 5 stars based on my personal experience.

P.S. coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. That being said, you may directly contact the BSP if you have issues with the app.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Coins.ph and Coins pro stole my crypto after I deposited on the coins pro exchange. These people are all crooks and fraudulent thieves! I contacted support to demand accountability for my deposit and gave them the transaction number of the deposit. They told me they destroyed all records since the so-called "platform upgrade" and now will NOT allow me to withdraw anything! SCAM!!! Don't use them. I'm still awaiting return of funds I now use GCrypto on the GCash app instead.

They are illegal data collectors

After sending around 30 US$ of cryptos to GCash using their service, I got the following questions from these wannabe data collectors (scammer):

The team would like to confirm the following:

1. What is the purpose/nature of the incoming LTC last 07Dec2023? May we request proof/screenshot of that transaction?
2. From whom are the funds you received and what is your relationship with the sender?
3. What is the purpose of your account creation and current usage of the account?
4. May we know the purpose of cashouts to X...... Y......? May you confirm your relationship with her?
5. By any chance, do you have an external trading platform; If yes, may we request complete screenshots of your trading portfolio?
6. Have you joined any recent crypto or investment groups? If yes, kindly provide your reason for joining.
7. Aside from these, the team would also like to request if you can share with us any proof of your declared Source of Income and other financial documents that will support this?

Only scammer like to get such data. Every scammer wants to be plaintiff, prosecutor and judge in one person.

On June 16 2023 I,decided to transfer…

On June 16 2023 I,decided to transfer 11000. Pesos from Gcash to Coins.ph so that I could then buy crypto. Then I Never received Any receipt at all from Coins.ph,my account is 5 years old, rarely I've used it, but I wanted to buy crypto so I deposited my 11000.pesos.then All codes were invalid, none ever accepted! Then I began complaints to customer support @ Coins.ph I was an still am level 2 verified. So coins pH told me to submit profile and balance screenshot of my coinsph mobile app, but they knew that's impossible because id already made the notice that no codes are accepted. So round and round endless nothing from coins ph support. They stopped replying completely 5 days ago. So I googled for their corporate office address, then my husband and I too a taxi there. The guard at the office complex said they had moved but gave their current address just walking distance. Another offices complex in Pasig manila. I entered the sidewalk building entrance and asked the information desk lady to direct me to coins ph corporate office. She replied there is NO Corporate Office they just work from home!!!! Absolutely Scam Coins ph! Understand they are signed up with central bank of the Philippines which requires them to have physical Corporate Office in the Philippines, Manila most likely. So desk cleak woman gives me a cellphone number, I go outside and call it. Male answers, hears my voice and immediately hangs up! Repeatedly then I re call, and No Answer!! Obviously President, Officers and staff are Hiding!!! Need I say More??? Coins pH gas my 11000p and I Cannot access it whatsoever! Today I file Police report then I'll file complaint with central bank of the Philippines. Then I'll file court case in small claims court Listen there's No Other way to Recover My 11000p ! money authorized and sent out of Gcash is virtually unrecoverable! Another Scam, but by Gcash! I plan to Report to Raffy and to AbsCbn News! Your ALL WARNed of Coins pH !!!!

Unresponsive and Unproductive with the Reverification Process

Recently, I have deposited the several amount of PHP and have been waiting for a week or more to get my access of buying/selling virtual currencies. However, they have been suspected that they are keeping delays of the Reverification process of my profile in which I have been verified since 2020 and yet they have reset my Verification Level to 1 as if I am a new customer which is not true. And also when I tried to make a phone call they would hanged up or not responding with email with productive results.

Now I have file with CIR Compliant with the Central Bank of Philippines because I am suspecting of them stealing their customers money just like FTX.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service every time i need to contact coins.ph. Last week a potential security breach of my account flagged by them but After 5 days of requesting more info my emails just ignored. I will be moving my assets after this experience.

Update to review. Now 15 days multiple follow-up and still no response from their support team.

If you had a security breach your wallet would be empty! Beware do not hold any amount on this exchange you are not prepared to lose.
