They have put alot of work into making it super easy to deposit(by card), and made everything look legit and easy to spent money. BUT ! When it comes to payouts, they have done everything they can to make it as difficult(if it's even possible) as they can.

1. Only payouts to crypto wallets, no card option. And when you try to copy your wallet adress you can't. You have to MANUALLY type in the adress. wtf !
2. no matter what coin, network and what ever you chose, they reject you request. And no response from support either. Even tried different wallets/providers, and nothing.

Don't bother please stay away !

They offer a great casino , poker and live casino games. with easy deposit and withdraw options by crypto currency, without any KYC. what works perfectly fine by me. I made my first withdraw today! Keep it going guys

Very unreliable client. Got locked out in tournament for more than 30 minutes. Dropped from 4/48 to 29/48 position. No support available no way to fix it. Deeply disappointed. No option to withdraw money through credit/debit card but you can deposit as much as you can through card! DOGSHIT site

A short but to-the-point review:
I decided to test the room. I deposited $100 and even managed to win $40 in the first session (358 hands) under normal conditions (0.05-0.1 / 0.1-0.2). But after that, the next day I started a new session, which lasted 1,478 hands, and here's what I recorded:
Of the 1,478 hands, 1,119 were folded.
Of the remaining 359 hands, 42 were won without a showdown.
37 hands were shown down before the flop, 52 on the flop, 88 on the turn, and 140 on the river.
Of the 359 hands, 224 were lost... And here's the interesting part...
Total hands won for the session: 135 hands. (9% isn't the worst result, but it's far from ideal). Let's assume this is my level of play, but the following stats are shocking:
*I won't go into detail, but here are the percentage stats (rounded down for ease of calculation) before the river:
~80%/20% - 7/15 won (47% of hands won!!!).
~70%/30% - 13/31 won (42% of hands won!!! WAT DE FAK?).
~60%/40% - 23/61 won (38% of hands won!!! WAT DE FAK?).
~50%/50% - 14/40 won (35% WHAT?).
~40%/60% - 6/18 wins (33.5%)
~30%/70% - 2/12 wins (17% WHAAAAT?)
~20%/80% - 0/5 wins (OK).

You can attribute any variance, but these percentages aren't variance, they're pure manipulation!

I managed to break even and tried withdrawing funds through USDT TRC-20. And you know what? The commission is $5!!!! WHAT'S GOING ON????? $5 on the TRC-20 network? You're kidding me. The network commission can't exceed $1 for any transaction, but they also charge an additional $4 for each payment.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAYING HERE!!!!

I recently reopened my Coin Poker dormant account . In the account I had money . The customer support told me that they’ve removed the money for security reason but the payment team will reinstate them in few days. Few days have passed but no answer , tried to contact them multiple times . At the end customer support reached back to me saying they’ve reinstated my money back into my account . I logged in to check but nothing , zero balance . They just lied . Since then tried to contact them multiple times but no answers . Just be aware.

The customer service is absolute garbage I've tried to contact them forever I've written them so many emails having issues with just opening an account once I put my email and password and asked me to verify it someone else username popped up and I tried this several times same results..and at first I emailed them for this if it's an attempt to get hacked or who knows maybe just a glitch not tension several hrs b4 that I emailed them asking for a step-by-step how to buy the crypto wallet and so on since it's not my expertise..all those emails started last night I've sent at least 7-8 asking even for a simple response and nothing eventually I did verify even though that wasn't my name
and it asked me to change the username I did but I still haven't heard from them at all and there's no way I'm putting any money in after reading all these reviews and they way they are treating me by totally ignoring me..it's a fk joke I don't care how busy they are with the new promo and flood of ppl..that will last till the end of March and they all will run but as I'm reading ppl may not get paid at all

I really liked this site but unfortunately all of a sudden they didn't payout my wins. was a brilliant site then they just stopped paying out. if it's a glitch in their new system i'll forgive it if they pay me but as of now i have no idea what is happening. please coinpoker fix this issue and i will change the review i just don't reccomend anyone putting money into this site and expecting money back just now because i lost money when i won a bet. until they fix it i will change this review

This platform isn't perfect, but it's reliable. I'd like to see more casual tables added, especially for newer players.

The site does a lot right, but support replies can be hit or miss depending on timing. They do respond, just sometimes slower than I'd like.

The games themselves are fine and feel fair, but traffic can dip depending on the time. When tables are full it’s great, just not always consistent if you play odd hours.

What a terrible site. All this marketing and paying off all those pros and yet you cant download the software.

I click on the download page and linK, it takes you to registration page. (I am already a member). No login link. So i fill in registration details again. It says email already registered. OKAY....So where is the download link or login link. I try again. Click on DOWNLOAD NOW. It opens up a registration page. Oh dear. Have the people at coinpoker even tested their own website out.

This small glitch is a reminder why i left in the first place a year ago and shouldn't be playing here.

The software works fine, but the desktop client took me a bit to get used to. Once it clicked, it was okay, just not the most intuitive at first glance.
