AVOID!!

AVOID!!! This platform is not reliable, they have hidden fees and rules. They request for different fees once you request to withdraw. They are liars and you will never get paid. I have switched to #Crop Mines....# withdrawals are prompt and with no hidden fees.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I requested a refund of 14.33 USDT (ERC20), and instead of returning my money, CoinPayments had the audacity to demand 0.02 ETH (which is way more than the refund itself) just to “release” it. No legitimate company on earth would ever pull such a pathetic stunt.

This is not a payment processor — it’s a scam machine. They invent ridiculous “gas fee” excuses and trap your money, then try to extort more out of you. Only thieves and con artists run their business like this.

Their so-called “support” is useless. Instead of solving problems, they pass you in circles and dodge responsibility. It’s rotten, dishonest, and insulting to customers.

I strongly warn everyone: stay away from CoinPayments. They will steal your funds, waste your time, and then try to blame you for their broken system. Disgusting company.

If you value your money and sanity, avoid this scam platform at all costs.

I sent my money but they said they don't like how.

this is what happened:
I tried to buy a product with cryptocurrency via coinpayments.
The payment page on the website specified clearly the requirements of the payment being "ethereum, erc20".

This let us think that we can send ethereum with a protocol matching erc20 standard.

I sent ethereum via Arbitrum protocol that matches erc20 standard.

And only after that coinpayments told me that they do not accept the specific Arbitrum protocol... Even if it is a very common way to send ethereum.

This does look like a scam as the private key they own allows them to access my funds on the arbitrum network as it is the same as the key for the native ethereum network. (It is a trivial action to access it)

So they can access my money and they tell me "you didn't send it the way we like, and we won't reimburse you unless you pay 0.02 ETH (60€)" even if they didn't specify clearly the way they like it in the first place.

I am very disappointed.

Don't use CoinPayments

I lost 80USD due to underpayment caused by timeout and the refund fees of 70USD. The same applies to overpayments.

Beware of this company UAB Star…

Beware of this company UAB Star Ventures (Coinpayments), as an independent developer I was using their API for years since 2018.

However they changed the way they operate along with their policies and started taking fraudulent actions with the information provided in the KYC.

After verifying my KYC with their partner Sumsub and being notified that my KYC was complete along with my active account.

They sent me an email 7 days later deactivating it indicating that there was no support for my country, upon contacting them they indicated a new reason that a different ID had been uploaded which is false as the document was photographed directly in their app, after answering several messages in their tickets they indicated that I was a company where I had to undergo a new KYC and I had to provide more information.

Although I clarified that I was not a company and kept answering their questions they turned from a simple KYC process into an interrogation asking for much more personal documentation such as customer invoices, bank statements and other confidential information that is not related to a KYC.

Stay away from this as they are also not GDPR compliant and claim that they will keep all your documents and any information about you for up to 5 years even if you closed your account, it is a waste of time to open a ticket and you will not get your account back.

UPDATE: The coinpayments team has completely closed the account so it cannot be accessed and the funds deposited in the account have been lost or stolen by them.

SCAMMMMMMM! STAY AWAY!!!! NOT WORTH IT!

100% scam
You will never be able to get any money out of this wallet. They will let you receive as much as you want but you will NEVER be able to get any of it out. They will make you jump through multiple hoops, including a KYC which will never get accepted. Why not demand a KYC before allowing us to receive payments? Because they want to steal your money and make you work hard to make them money. You think its your account with your money, until you try and take it out and they tell you ooo opps sorry we can't let you take it because we need you to do a million things which you won't be able to do so we can keep and steal your hard earned money. Stay away or get scammed and stolen.

Don't send over-payment.

Don't send over-payment.
My client bought an item $10 and sent $25, I only get $10 and she only get the item, the rest part($15) is gone.
Their support refused to refund and replied:
the over-payment is well below the 0.0008 BTC minimum
I asked them to change the rules, but they refused.
They said they want to protect clients who make mistakes. but the clients keep asking me to refund the money and I have to keep explaining that their money has been taken by coinpayment.net
----------------
update: clients can get refund if the amount is over $20

Terrible service!

Terrible service!
We used this payment service for over a year and everything was fine. But lately, amounts have started to disappear from our account. The support service could not help and said that we did not have such amounts in our accounts. Believe me, it's not. As a result, after 5 hours of communication with the support service, we were rude, blocked our account and stole more than $5,000 in cryptocurrency from us.
These are scammers!
