A trustworthy, capable and professional team who, at all levels of the business, go above and beyond to make themselves accessible to their customers to demonstrate and ensure transparency throughout the entire process. The mobile app is a little basic but perfectly functional. The support team are extremely responsive. Would like to see a capped approach on withdrawal fees which penalises removing assets from the exchange in multiple smaller transactions, but only a minor niggle in an otherwise great experience.

Absoluely fantastic service. Needed to add an additional wallet for whitelisting and the guys sorted it out in record time. Very efficient and very professional! Thank you guys

I like the way Coinpass are proactive in fraud prevention. They message me when they notice a new sign-in from a new location and questioned me because I was active from another country.

Great, fast, and top experience.
I'm not an active crypto trader, but my UK company had some crypto from back 2021 and I needed to realise it to fiat money.
As they are regulated, you have to go through the entire anti-laundry process, but I have to say it's not what I expected.
- Their customer team actually takes care on what you're explaining, they ask you the right question so they can understand where the crypto comes from.
- Their COO J.H. talked to me in person to check if we could make this operation, all good.
- Fiat moneys realised in less than two hours.

My mind was set to finish this operation within 1-2 months and it basically took a few minutes.
If I had to trade crypto again, at least with my UK company as an investment, they would be my choice.

I use Coinpass for my SSAS (small self administered pension scheme), they are company that has outstanding customer service and access to senior managers. Very rare qualities in the crypto space.

Security is obviously key with crypto and Coinpass are very diligent. It took a while to get used to after other platforms but the extra security they have in place makes me far more comfortable using Coinpass.
