I made the mistake so you guys won't. Don't buy their "Pro" package. Their software is sh!t compared to their many competitors, their customer support is pretty bad also and their "refund policy" is complete bullsh!t. I contacted them within 7 days of my purchase to ask for a refund (as stated in their T&S), they refused on the ground that I had to have a valid problem that they couldn't fix for me to get a refund. I told them that the problem was simply their software, it doesn't calculate correctly the gains/losses, the cost basis and the value of your accounts. I've imported all my wallets since 2020 and have made dozens of manual modifications and literally everything is still wrong. They are still refusing to refund me because "their devs found problems and are currently fixing them", but they refuse to tell me what the "problems" are. I call bullsh!t.

Don't make the same mistake that I did. As of today, I imported all my wallets to another software now and everything seems great and they take less time to process modifications. Don't give your money to the snakes at Coinpanda.

UPDATE : They have updated their Terms of Service to remove the "7 days rule". What a bunch of scumbags.

I randomly came across Coinpanda via google and am so glad I did! They have been extremely responsive and helpful in integrating trades from a small more obscure blockchain. I've been dreading this process and they made it much smoother. The interface is clean and seems to give accurate cost basis and gain calculations. I will gladly recommend them to any friend! Thank you! Especially to Ruben who has been extremely helpful!

I got a call the other day from a gentleman claiming to be someone who has found my stolen cryptocurrency and that it was held at coinpanda.
I contacted coin panda and explain to them the situation and all of the details and they verified that this was actually a scammer who had created an account in my name on the same day.
coin panda was right on top of the removal of this account as it is a fraudulent account and I am grateful for them working with me to make sure that my personal details were not scammed.

anyone claims they can help you get back your stolen cryptocurrency it is a lie they want your information they want to steal from you again they want to hack into your bank accounts and drain everything else that is there and do not listen to these people unless it is the RCMP or whatever is the police from your country it's lies.

Scammers. The system imports a file with errors that cannot be corrected. The tax report is complete nonsense. Support responds once a day, makes excuses, constantly gives links to useless instructions, but there is no solution to the problem, they refuse to return the money. They're just messing with their heads. don't mess with these scammers.

Scam. The generated tax reports are not usable and they won't give a refund after you've downloaded a tax report. There is no way of knowing that the tax report is unusable until after you've downloaded it: scam.

Clean UI, affordable pricing and integration with most exchanges. I have come to realize that crypto taxes will always be DIFFICULT to get 100% correct but Coinpanda makes the whole process a lot easier than other competitors or spreadsheets

Shoutout to Jesse and Ruben who have been helping me day and night for the last week with sorting out my crypto taxes. It was a nightmare but Coinpanda made it at least possible to get through! Ended up with huge losses lol

I think the guys over at Coinpanda has just launched the no 1 best crypto tax experience today. I love their new website and how much they have improved API integrations for blockchains like Cosmos and Solana.

I tried all the most popular tax platforms but none came close to Coinpanda in terms of support for Defi and NFTs. It was so easy to import all my transactions and the user interface is also very intuitive. Congrats guys for creating this great product!!

I have been looking for a tax app that I could use to report my taxes with as little manual work as possible and then I came across Coinpanda. They are not the most well-known platform but their quality and customer support is by far the best I have come across. Couldn't be any easier to get my taxes done!! Five stars from me :)

Absolutely the best service for cryptocurrency taxes on the market. Coinpanda supports all Norwegian exchanges and popular wallets so it was very quick and easy to sync all my accounts. I have also recommended Coinpanda to my crypto friends :)

Pros:
1. Supports almost evey exchange and blockchain
2. Customer support responds very quickly
3. Easy to use and great user interface

Cons:
1. Requires a little bit of manual work for some blockchains
2. Can be expensive for high number of transactions

Overall, it has been a pleasure using Coinpanda for doing my taxes this year. No doubt that Coinpanda has become the leader for tax tools now.
