Not impressed about your service
The only reason I'm not giving you a 1-star rating is because I did receive the order. However, when I accidentally placed my order on a Saturday and reached out to your company shortly after, there was no response. I understand that weekends may not be business hours, so I patiently waited until Monday hoping to catch a staff member before processing. Despite also leaving a message on your Twitter account, I have yet to receive a response. I must admit, I'm not impressed with the lack of communication and regret ordering from your company. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
